Excelente localização e atendimento

Excelente localização, para quem busca acomodação para participar da maratona de Chicago em outubro, é ótimo, com cozinha p poder preparar a alimentação pré prova, é muito próximo a largada (start) e finish. Recepção prestativa e tem um bom café da manhã também.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko metro i przystanki autobusowe. Wiele atrakcji miasta dostępne na piechotę. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Śniadanie ok, zdecydowanie lepsze niż w innych amerykańskich hotelach. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.

Rozkładana sofa do spania była koszmarnie niewygodna. Ten mebel zdecydowanie wymaga wymiany i nie powinien być pokazywany jako dodatkowe miejsce do spania.

The location. That's all.

I travelled with my son and my niece (25 yo) AT our arrival they informed us that due to the fact that the hotel was full they assigned us a room for disable which means a huge bathroom space and a very small room. The room for 3 had no space to move. The couch used as 3rd bed was horrible. The person sleeping on that couch felt the metal as the matrass was over used. I asked the reception and nothing was done. Coming back from our tour we found the door of the room opened. We informed the reception, there was no feedback. It was not clear if the room was cleaned daily. I asked and i was told yes, however if there was not available staff, the room would be cleaned!! Breakfast space was chaotic, confused, poor food choices.

Quiet, comfortable stay during Lollapalooza

The property was very clean with a welcoming and helpful staff. We traveled in for Lollapalooza and expected it to be a little loud but there was blissful quiet and comfortable beds. We got a nice view and had a very good breakfast. We got into the city early and rooms weren’t ready, but we were able to store our bags at the hotel and explore the city. They called us as soon as a room was available. Also they offered guests who were needing to change outfits a clean restroom to change before they stored their bags. Photo of bedroom is after we had sat in the room a bit.

Perfect stay for a family of four on our trip to Chicago.

Perfect location, clean, welcoming atmosphere. Efficient and friendly service, lots of elevators (important in the morning when people are going to and from breakfast). Very good breakfast. Good option to rent an apartment with a kitchenette for a family of four. Parking nearby. Very pleased with our overall experience.

Room was clean, hotel was conveniently located in downtown area.

Pillows were too soft. I didn’t like there was a $250 credit card hold for incidentals in addition to cost of room. Also, bottled water cost was $6 and not free.

Great memories for a bachelorette party weekend.

Friendly staff and good rooms. Breakfast was very good! Arrived early and was able to check in free of cost!

Location was nice however not very close to a lot of the main attractions, and not many bars near by if that is what you are looking for.

Great stay in Chicago

Great location. Three blocks away from State St (full of stores - Chicago Theatre) Walking distance from all attractions. Metro station close by. Clean, ample rooms. Comfortable beds. Love the lemon, strawberry, cucumber flavored waters they provide in dispensers in the lobby. Breakfast is ok. After a few days is becomes pretty repetitive.

Two days in a row my kids room was not cleaned. If you enjoy your latte in the morning, heat your milk in your room and take it to breakfast No hot milk is provided so latte turns into Frappuccino really fast.

Ens van donar una bonica habitació amb vistes al pis 17. L'habitació era àmplia, còmode, neta i bonica. Teniem un espai on poder menjar. L'ubicació del hotel és molt bona, al centre del Loop Downtown de Chicago. Jo hi tornaria, sens dubte.

L'esmorzar estava molt bé, però hi havia molts productes que s'acabaven i no repostaven per que no en tenien més.

Great spot for sports and family

The room was great, loved having the kitchen. Breakfast was a great spread, lots of variety. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Perfect spot for jumping on the bus to get to sports at the United Center. Easy walking distance for shops and attractions.

Only minor complaint would be the shower, water pressure wasn't great. But wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Perfect location to explore Chicago

Amazing location, a few minutes walk from State Street for shopping, the Christmas market and the blue line train for their airport. Bus stop right outside the hotel brings you directly to Lincoln Zoo. Staff were so friendly and upgraded our room on arrival. Room was huge with plenty of facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with even a vegetarian section - loved their hash browns. Would definetly recommend this hotel as it's within walking distance to most tourist sites.

There's not a lot of restaurants and bars directly in this area, but an 8 minute walk will bring you to Pizanos Pizza which was a great find. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar too which is very handy if your tired in the evening.

It was very good and will come back.

The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The room we were in did not have a bathtub but no big deal, i should have requested one.

Nice hotel in central location

Great location, fresh and clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok but would expect a bit better choices from this hotel. The extra bad you pull down wasn't comfortable.
