Visita a Chicago

Localização excelente, muito perto do Metro e com comércio nesta zona. Apartamento espaçoso, muito limpo e bem equipado. Nestes aspectos até superou as nossas expectativas.

O processo de pre check-in, nomeadamente quanto ao facto de me tentarem fazer em duplicado o depósito de 250USD em dois cartões VISA distintos. Também não gostei nada de estar num alojamento durante 5 noites, que se apresenta como tecnológicamente avançado, mas que não consegue oferecer um serviço Wifi aos seus clientes. Apesar das muitas tentativas não conseguiram oferecer WIFI no quarto, o que nos levou a gastarmos os nossos planos de dados 5G no telemóvel, antes do final da viagem.

Spacious, fully equipped apartment. Good location,

Helpful staff. Quick check-in and -out procedure. 3 min walk to big supermarket. Complimentary tea and coffee capsules.

Fun!

I loved staying at the kasa that I booked. The views were amazing, windows in every room made the place very spacious. The staff was very friendly, I lost my necklace and they found it and shipped it back to me and everyone was very helpful.

I think the cost was a bit pricy but then again it is Chicago. My kasa came with two rooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and a balcony, there was also a pull out couch in the living room, so overall i think it was worth it once I had got there!

Great stay central Chicago , much more homely than a hotel.

Great view of city. Kitchen well equipped with complimentary tea, coffee, olive oil. Plenty of towels, comfy bed. Good air-con. Dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier all good & complimentary tabs provided. Good supermarket just round the corner.

Superb

Check in process was a bit messy, we had to call nearly a dozen time to get clarification on early check in. Even though we landed at 7 am after a long flight and asked in advance for early check in we were alloted room at 330 pm .. and recieved a message at 3 pm stating that room was ready to check in at 12.

Lovely stay

Nice appartment at a good location perfect for business or leisure purpose. We would book it again.

The coffee maker is not producing nice coffee. Starbuck (also not great coffee but much better) is 2 blocks away.

Great customer service, not a great building and Kasa's corporate strcuture is unpleasant

First of all I will say that the customer service was top notch. Absolutely no complaints. We had a major issue with our room, and the people at the service desk went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. I seriously commend them and appreciate all their time. The room was very clean. There's a Whole Foods and Trader Joes a block away or so. It's an apartment, which is cool. The bed was comfy.

Kasa requires an ID upload and facial scan on their site to finish checking in. This is mandatory. You have to show id again in person. Kasa's rooms are a part of a larger building with its own apartments and people living there. Elevators have to be shared. Sadly there are too few elevators for the amount of traffic and floors (6 total, but technically only 3 depending on which section of floors you're on), so there is often a 5-10 min wait in a line during work rush hour times. Our toilet started leaking on day 2. My SO is a handyman, so he knew it was a type of leak the toilet has to be replaced for. Indeed that needed to happen, but the handyman on the apartment's staff didn't have an extra toilet on hand, as another Kasa apartment's toilet had the same issue a day before. The best he could do was a temp fix and hope that it held for now. We requested a new room, but Kasa was completely booked in all their locations around Chicago apparently, and had nowhere to move us, since the bath is unusable. Customer service tried their best to work around this corporate mismanagement. It took several hours and several calls (had to call Kasa corporate through a phone tree. Kasa rep called me back to help but there was no sound on their end. I called back and had to go through the phone tree twice as it reroutes to Kasa's generic number...) We were temp moved to another room for the night, to see if they can fix the toilet in our room by tomorrow. When moving to the temp room, I had to do a brand new check in and have another $250 hold on my credit card (along with the original hold on the first room). More bathroom trouble, this time with me getting stuck inside. The door was slightly off so when I closed it, I couldn't open it from my side. My spouse had to brute force it open. Eventually we went back to our original room and it was okay. Though on the last day before checking out, the toilet started leaking again.

Great location and nice apartment but not really suitable for more than two people

The property is in a great location and walking distance of downtown Chicago.

The sofa bed was terrible, really uncomfortable with no duvet and it was well worn. Not really suitable for more than a night or two and disappointing given how much we paid for the three night stay.

Great stay!

This was a great location to explore Chicago. We liked the apartment itself. The kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment was very useful. We loved seeing the town from the balcony everyday. It also felt very safe.

We didn't have access to a pool.

Great location, very clean, beautiful apartment with great amenities.

Check in instructions were somewhat unclear/delayed. Seems to be understaffed, but otherwise the staff was great.

Very nice size studio apartment. Very clean and we'll equipped.

Air vents need to be cleaned. A little aroma from cigarettes and smell of pot coming from neighboring apartments.

This place checks all the boxes; would definitely recommend this option over staying in a hotel

perfect location. Walking distance to just about anything. The property also neighbors a dog daycare/dog walking service on the first floor of the building which is super convenient for anyone booking an extended stay, and is bringing their pup:) The company was super accommodating, as I came in for a last-minute work trip. There was a Kasa staff member on site when I arrived who was able to give me a quick run down of the building and even helped with my luggage. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and likely will in the near future:)

I honestly can’t think of anything that needed improvement. The whole process was very seamless.
