Location
They had no pillows- the tucked some sheets into pillow cases to make pills. Two other pillows were small than a decorative pillow on the couch and as soft as pudding.
Uncooperative staff- checked out day early and they refused to refund the last booked night.

How close it is to downtown
That breakfast was not included when I paid for the room

The updated decor and comfortable bed were perfect. The floor to ceiling windows were excellent!!
Elevators become busy. Coffee could be stronger. Small-ish lobby. Turning on the correct light in the room takes studying. The sliding glass bathroom door bangs shut. However, all of these items didn’t ruin our stay.

We love the fact that they had gluten-free options at breakfast. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint is when you call the hotel it clearly states that food is available to order 24 seven. However, we were at the bar at 9 PM and we were unable to order sandwiches. Bartender stated the kitchen was closed.
The pillows were small and uncomfortable no spares in the closet or drawer.

Breakfast was great but isn’t included anymore and that was disappointing
A little noisy in the utilities room next door

Location was good, close to the train station and Michigan Avenue.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Check-in and check-out were effortless. The room was spotless, but our view was a brick wall and an alley.

Breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. Staff was friendly.
view of brick building was a eye sore, windows did not open. pool was small and crowded, no hot tub in pool area.

Accommodations were good.
Restaurant computer system was not working correctly and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about it. Didn’t offer any help for alternative. We had to order food from somewhere else because of our circumstances.

Location was convenient.
Breakfast area is handicap UNfriendly. My son is special needs and requires a special needs stroller because he is non verbal & elopes. The first morning we attempted breakfast and it was a disaster trying to get him and his brother food, along with myself in that tight small area where food is served. Also, only was a high top table to sit at due to being so overcrowded so he was unable to use the table. The next morning I decided to buy breakfast elsewhere to avoid the trouble.

We came here in September and again in November because of how enjoyable our stay was. Joseph from the morning continental team even remembered us and our “origin” story of how we were from out west and I brought my boyfriend to meet family. Great staff, thank you Joseph for your service in our military as well. We didn’t forget about you.
The location of the hotel is perfect for introducing someone to downtown and local neighborhoods via CTA. If you’re flying in from Midway, the short walk from the train is nothing when you’re taking in the scenery.
Staff is incredibly accommodating, allowed a complimentary late check out and even held our bags as we waited for an evening departure post check out.
Even though I could stay with family, the Hyatt gave me a whole new appreciation for the city and because of this, I will always stay here when in Chicago.
Great breakfast, cozy room, and I say all this without even visiting the pool. We have something new to explore for our next visit.

A bit too crowded the time we spent there. not the fault of the hotel.

A localização é ótima.

The pool was nice and clean. The water was warm. My son is seven and he loves to swim. So we stayed in the pool for about 3 hours, we had a really good time. We also ate there dinner, it was good and filling. The bartender there was awesome. I forgot her name but she was really nice.

Location was great for the Christmas market. The room with a view was cool, but it was a weekend! The hotel was clean and the coffee at breakfast was great! The elevators were quick and quiet.

The bed was comfortable and my room was clean. Also, staff sent a text each day to see how things were and to see if I needed anything additional.
The walls are extremely thin so my loud neighbors on both sides could clearly be heard. Other than that everything was great!

We stayed for a week. I felt very welcome. It was a nice clean place, breakfast was a bonus. Gym was nice.
I had booked an upgraded room with a view but the view was a high rise office building that was very close and blocking, which made the room very dark. When I asked the reception about it they said that’s all that’s offered for that type of room. That really shouldn’t have been the upgraded room.

The breakfast was nice and the hotel room was clean.
The house keeper came in a day earlier than she was supposed to and she threw away a lot of items I guess she thought was “trash”. My receipts, food, drinks, bags that I had my toiletries in and
my husbands personal glass he brought. My husbands glass was tracked down after speaking with 6 different people and then finally the manager. The receipts and papers from my purse were important and they had no right to throw away anything that was not in a trash can. I would not stay there again. I will be contacting their corporate office about my stuff being taken.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Breakfast was decent..
The location is close to the Riverwalk and Willis tower..
WiFi was poor in our room..
We took a city view room but the city view (we were on the 14th floor, the hotel had 17 floors) wasn't very good..You have better hotels in the same price range offering better city views..

I liked the location and the hotel itself.
The $50 parking lot across the street. The pool closing at 8, 9 or 10 would've been better. The deposit said $75 but instead $100 is still pending on bank statement, which is taking too long to deposit back into my account

It was clean.
The parking was crazy.

Location, room size, breakfast.
No maps of city (ran out a long time ago and never ordered more). Staff members were unable to easily answer basic tourist questions such as which stop on the L is closest to the hotel. Seemed like poor training and poor customer supplies ordering (both point to poor management).
