Great place

Clean, comfortable, good amenities.

When checking in on Friday - the front desk clerk was unfriendly and unpleasant. The Sunday morning desk clerk was quite welcoming and friendly.

Not great, not even good.

Good location.

Not clean. Multiple things broken. Tub didn’t drain. No mattress covers. Breakfast was not great. Management did address which I appreciate but taking better care of facilities and providing clean upkept hotels is the only answer. Hilton is having so many problems at multiple locations with care, cleanliness, repairs and upkeep, clearly a systemic problem. They need a top down evaluation of all their hotels, very concerning.

Basically very good except a bag of smelly trash was by the elevator over night until I departed.

Breakfast was ok, would like a better meat choice. Staff at breakfast were great.

Sausage, yuck.

Wish we could stay long term!

Spacious ! Very comfortable ! Staff was awesome ! The two guys who run the front desk are great!!

The tv needs to be positioned better only one person can see it from the bed. Other then that nothing !!

Horrible hotel. Rude staff, dirty rooms, the ac smelled like something was on fire.

The staff was so rude at check in. The room was dirty. Used coffee cups half full, food on the floor.

Interesting breakfast and breakfast room. Food was OK.

Quite a distance from check in to guestroom.

More for Business.

Reception helpful and welcoming. Room ready despite our early arrival. Easy 5 minute drive into Portsmouth, and close to main shopping area.

More of a business hotel than for leisure. Building materials and skip in car park an eyesore. Expensive for facilities and location

I enjoyed my stay Homewood Suites. Portsmouth treated us well.

I appreciated being the room right out the elevator. Room was beautiful and well stocked for meals.

The gentleman that checked me in was kind of rude. Very cold and monotone like a telemarketer reading a script. I walked in and he never looked up. He asked me how he could he help me and I said yes checking in. No warm welcome or greeting. Just cold as if he didn’t like his job.

The spacious room and location

Dirty room: pill on floor,sticky floors,dirty floor,dirty dishes, dried red sauce on counter, ice bucket lid had brown stuff on top no bag. The cutting board was dirty with food on it not cleaned. The bathroom sink would fill up,took a while to drain.

good sized room, free breakfast & coffee

Not very clean & the green blinking CO 2 detector was right above the bed - hard to fall asleep.

I really hope that this hotel improves its cleanliness and bare essential service for the next guest

Good Location to downtown Portsmouth and shopping district. There was a good selection at breakfast and the staff there were good and friendly.

3 nights stay. Staff did not come into the room at all. We had no cleaning, no beds made, and no toiletry replenishment. We had to go and retrieve towels ourselves. Many of the staff, especially the front desk clerk were sullen. Is it really that bad working at a Hilton Hotel? There was ground in dirt, hair and food particles embedded in most of the carpeting on stairs, hallways etc... We did not hear or see a vacuum cleaner during our entire stay.
