직원 불친절, 헤어드라이어 제공을 요청하자 없다고 거절 당함. 자기는 모르고 사장이 알아서 하는 일이라는 답변을 들음. 객실 불청결, 객실내 휴지도 화장실용 뿐, 간판도 나무에 가려 잘 안보여 입구를 잘 못 찾았음. 부킹 닷컴에서 퇴출되어야 마땅할 업체임.

Uneasy experience

Convenient location

Cleanliness, updated rooms, every worker was miserable and not friendly, random person walked into my room, bathroom/shower mold, only place and time I used my credit card and 7 days later was hacked, had a uneasy feeling about the staffing didn’t trust leaving my belongings in the room while gone for the day took everything with me and brought it back in when returning later that night.

It was a pain in the back literally and not worth the price!

The fact that I had a bed to sleep in for one night.

The room had no microwave. It was too small. I continuously had to take an elevator up and down and travel long hallways. The desk clock didn't know anything! Way overpriced! They did not have my reservation in the price did not match the reservation.

Pool still closed!

I like the location and the friendly staff.

I didn't like the fact that the pool is still closed. Especially after all this time since the covid-19 policies have been lifted pretty much everywhere. Also the site for the motel and other places still advertise the pool. Also being charged a rate as if the pool were still open. I've stayed here in the past with similar rates and the pool was open. Should be cheaper rates considering no pool access still. Would of liked a refrigerator in the room as well. I did ask for one. Have spent less money here and got a refrigerator in the past.

We haven’t stayed at a Motel 6 recently, but this visit confirms we will never stay at one again.

They had a room available when most others did not.

Are expectations were not high going into our stay here, but we all may have been high after staying here one night. The smell was outrageous and the facility has signs posted for no smoking, but it is clear that they do not enforce this policy. The rooms have the bare minimum and are extremely dated. The water pressure was barely enough to rinse the soap off of our hands. We stayed here due to the lack of available rooms and I think we would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle.

Never ever stay at Portsmouth Motel 6

Location and only location, I would never stay ever again

It was dirty you had absolutely no amenities no coffee pot, no iron, no microwave in the room, no refrigerator. These are basic hotel equipment. The shower head was so loud that it was the most unrelaxing shower possible after a long 9 hour day of travel I really just wanted to relax and have a shower. It's really sad that apparently somebody was hired to paint the walls or the ceiling but no one bothered to cover any of the other surfaces there was paint splatter all over the floor all over the counters in the bathroom pretty much on all surfaces so I can only imagine how much stuff was on the bed. It felt so unclean I had to put clothes on after my hideous shower and socks I went across the street and bought a new pillowcase to put on so I could go to sleep in my clothes and socks and then immediately left upon waking up. And this place wasn't even inexpensive but even if this was only $60 a night I would have still expected it to be clean and the ability to have a relaxing shower.

Very Dissapointing and Uncomfortable Stay

The location and it was clean.

When we went into the room it was super hot and the so called air conditioner didn’t work. It was only a thermostat that had a cool setting which didn’t work so we had to open the window to try to get some air. The room was very small as was the bed. There were no toiletries like mini shampoo or Kleenex. We had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. They gave us a table top ironing board that was broken and the iron kept leaking water.
