Apartment was nicely fitted up, comfortable bed, functional layout, lots of things going on. Concierge desk staff gave us helpful info about Colonial Williamsburg
Undisclosed resort fee added $10/night. Concierge desk staff started to make a timeshare pitch. There were 12 central air conditioning units clustered right outside our bedroom window (not an issue as the nights were cool, but might be noisy in summer)

Beds were soft and comfortable. They give you bracelets for room keys, which my kids loved!
We stay in Williamsburg multiple times a year, mostly in resorts. We planned this trip late, and our usuall favorite places were sold out. We thought we would give this location a try because of the reviews. When we got there, nowhere did it say that they didn't have elevators!!! Remember this if you have kids!! That was a big downer. We arrived late and then to out we had to schlep a weeks worth of all our belongings up 2 flights of stairs?!! Then, they kept trying to get us to do a timeshare presentation. Even though we said emphatically that we already had one. They were relentless, and we agreed just to be able to leave. They put our room in front of the activities (basketball area) every day we woke up to someone bouncing a ball all day. The rooms are terribly outdated, and all need to go in the trash. They had an Easter egg hunt, and older kids converged on it and took most of the eggs. It was over in 2 minutes. My 7 yr old was so disappointed. All in all, I would not stay here again unless it has been upgraded. I saw they had begun on one side, but it would take a while to get it finished

I love the activity room, pool and hot tub. Very quiet and comfortable.
Housekeeping was very poor. The room wasn’t sanitized nor clean properly.

Friendly staff, lots of fun things to do around the resort. The resort was beautiful, during Christmas time it had a lot of nice decorations outside. The room was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. The game rooms were fun and loved that the arcade was free to play, the trivia was so fun as well. 10/10 will book again
Parking was iffy

The location is close to Busch Gardens. The area was clean. There were plenty of activities to do. The staff was friendly enough.
The refundable deposit for a meeting that is apparently mandatory or you lose out on $40. Family got sick on the travels and couldn't make the meeting. They called 3 times within 15 minutes, after the whole family didn't sleep well the night before to ask if we were going to make it, well after the meeting was supposed to start and wanted to reschedule the meeting. They had to call 3 different times because it was discovered that not only was the handset for the phone dead, it could not be charged on the charging station.

The property was conveniently located, super clean, and recently renovated. There were two of us, and it was really nice to have suffered rooms and bathrooms. Both of us enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen.

Love the resort! Clean, close to everything and fun stuff to do on the resort.
How much the people pushed you to listen to their talk to get you to buy a part of their resort! Totally irritating! Called me multiple times to get me to sign up to listen to something I said I didn’t want to buy!

The activity center was exceptional.
Rooms are quite out dated. Bathrooms not very roomy. Was totally fine for our short two nights but a week would be rough.

2 part check in is ridiculous. dated rooms, you could hear everything in the room above you.

The price was reasonable. Parking was easy. Beds and living room furniture comfortable.
The creepy timeshare come-on in the lobby, where you are wrangled to desk after desk just to check in and get keys to your room.
The room was very dark with extremely dated decor.
No screen on bedroom window.
