Never Again

Absolutely nothing. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

The room was horrible. Water leaked from under the bathtub into the bathroom and room. The microwave didn't work. Saturday, it flooded so bad that the floor had to inches of water on it. Soaked our dogs' beds, our suitcases, and some other things we had brought with us. Couldn't stay in the room that night, and they refused to refund any portion of our stay. It was the worst stay in a hotel to date.

Gross but since I had my pet it was what I bargained for.

Check in was quick. Surprise pet deposit was required but refundable.

Security was questionable, room smelled of smoke, shady characters around the property.

terrible and would not recommend to my worst enemy

It was close to store so it made shopping for supplies such as shampoo and conditioner easy

the area was terrible. my first room had blood stained sheets and no working air conditioner my second room had only one flimsy lock I had to put a chair in front of the door and sleep with a taser and knife beside my bed because of the lack of protection this hotel offered with one lock. the street noises and the fighting amongst the guest in the rooms beside me kept me awake all night. if you like sleeping in cardboard then the beds will def be comfortable for you. 20 minutes from the French quarter with traffic.

This motel brings a new meaning to "roach" motel

We actually did not stay here. I will say they did refund us our money but that is the only good thing. Upon checking in the front desk clerk acted like I had a disease because I smelled like smoke and made sure to inform me this is a non smoking facility and especially where my room was located. We walked in the doors and was hit with both cigarette and marijuana smoke. When we entered the room and turned the lights on roaches scattered everywhere crawling all over the beds and up the walls. The bathroom was covered in dead roaches all around the walls of the floor and there were more crawling in the bathtub. The bathtub was so rusted, you couldn't even turn the shower on and the tub filled up with roaches floating in the water. The refrigerator was also covered in dead roaches and looked like it had not been cleaned out in months. I was so grossed out and told my kids to not unpack anything while I went to see about getting a refund. I have stayed in many motel 6's when traveling and I know not to expect anything fancy but I at least expect a clean, bug free room.

Just don’t.

It was a close Uber ride to the French Quarter.

The cockroach that was running a marathon on my floor on the first night. I swapped rooms, but the staff didn’t seem phased or helpful, just gave me another key. I had to go back into the room to collect my stuff. The room I got looked like someone slept on the bed, and there was also a used towel in the corner. The room also smelled like smoke.

Shortened by the inconvenience to me of your facilities and lack of feeling welcomed.

Nothing. I chose it online because it accepted dogs, but it was an uncomfortable experience because the facilities are not well kept.

Location, facilities, and price to high for simply having a bed to sleep in and nothing more. It was a rip off.

Place needs to be updated badly, doors was not secure, black mold in bathroom on ceiling, rooms had bad smell, killed multiple roaches, spent 300 for a 25 room.
