Close to my work
There is a lady that works in the mornings she was rude, I had book a week to stay at this location for work. But the meeting got changed so I could not change my reservation in time, so I bought me a room a little earlier than I was booked no big deal. The day of the meeting I received a call from the lady at the front desk yelling at me saying I need to cancel my reservation it’s gonna charge your card. I said I do want it to charge the card I’m still staying the week I booked it. Just was a day early, she got more mad said no you can’t do that you need to cancel right now, so I did went to another hotel. Oh another thing, when I got back from my meeting my room was dirty still, the bed did not have no clean sheets, trash cans still was full from previous customer, all the did was pickup the dirty bath towels and put new ones in. My stay was terrible and will not stay at the motel 6.

Clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. This was our second time to stay at this location and will be back.
Wish they had breakfast, and it would be the perfect stay!!

I like the convenience of the location of I-35 near my grandchildren that I was visiting at the time...
I didn't like that they didn't have plungers for whenever sinks & toilet both overflowing October19, 2022... Also I didn't like that the cleaning crew, a lady bust into our hotel room early in the morning & stood in door of our room, even while hearing voices of us, our family talking. I asked what are you doing, the lady said I thought no one was in here... I said you hear us talking & you still continued to just stand in door listening to us talking... Room was disgusting, staff was rude

It was close and right off of the highway.
The room was small, the key card took 20-30 to unlock my room everytime, the TV was located in the far right corner. Also the sheets were filthy, the bed was uncomfortable, the desk attendant was very unprofessional. The room was very small...Definitely not worth $80!

Literally nothing, unfortunately.
My pregnant wife & I walked in and walked out due to stale cigarette smoke in the non smoking rooms.

The hotel was under renovation my entire floor was gutted and all left in the hallway with screws sticking out snagged my clothes luckily did not cut me it literally was a disaster my room I believe was the only one that had someone in it on that floor all the rest of the rooms were literally gutted with all cabinets furniture bedding and everything all in the hallway

The facility smelled of smoke. The bedding sheets are worn, stained and uncomfortable. The staff seemed to be frustrated with guest asking for clean bed sheets. Rooms had ants and bedding was not clean.
