The rudest staff ever!

I booked and paid on the app, but I was told it wasn’t paid for although I had a receipt as proof on the app. The staff was very rude.

Don't believe the reviews this place is AWFUL!

Nothing....nothing at all

they claimed free breakfast ONLY coffee, reserved room then said room was given away and told by front desk clerk thier room are 1st come 1st serve basis...how you reserve a room and employees put their own policies in place...nothing like the pics...could see straight to hallway of hotel used cup left dirty in room upon check in PLEASE don't believe the pics these are obviously stock photos NOT this hotel...at all

After driving 12 hours, it's disappointing to have a unclean room.

Front desk clerk was nice and professional the day we checked in. The towels were clean.

There was negative issues with the booking of our confirmation. It wasn't honored. The room was damaged and not up to clean standards. There was 1 bed for 5 people. The sofa bed was broken and had no bedding on it. The toilet leaked, the bathroom door was damaged. We left early due to personal circumstances.

good except for hazards and problems.

the location and pricing were excellent.the second room was more clean and updated. the font desk people were courteous and nice.

the first room was not clean. the shower rod/curtain fell when I tried opening it. the fire exit door to outside in the stairwell complete handle was missing to secure it. this is an extreme security hazard

the staff was friendly, and the room felt like home . perfect for a place to stay if you’re tryna get on your feet

I arrived, saw the room and left

it was so dirty, smelly, the room wasn’t clean when we got there. The guy said that was the only room available, so we left. There were towels on the floor, the bed wasn’t made. Just awful

I guess you get what you paid for, it was affordable for the size room we needed, but didn’t feel safe sleeping with all

the location & the amount of space within the room was great for the amount of people we had staying with us

First they made us check the room before I could check in, which was sketchy. For being a non-smoking facility it smelled like smoke in the hallways, the elevator did not work & we were on the 3rd floor. There were cracks in the door frame & no bolt lock for extra safety, made it feel very unsafe. We asked for toilet paper because we were about to run out & they tried to give us a half used roll because they had none. Also exterior doors did not require a key card to enter the building from the side doors.

The staff told us to call booking and get our money back because they would not stay in that room with their family it was terrible and we ended up sleeping in our car because I couldn't get my money back and I couldn't afford to get another room

Still waiting for my refund from booking.com I paid thru booking.com the token that booking.com provides for the hotel to accept my payment was not working spend over 2 hours on the phone ended paying out of pocket and booking has not refund me! Hotel had bed bugs I had to leave called the front desk did not offer to accommodate me to another room or options not even my refund for paying out of pocket to a room that I did not use at all! I have pictures and videos.

Worst Hotel in Arlington, Texas. Receptionist doesn’t do their job. GM and assistant GM don’t respond to calls.

Roach motel with a really nice staff

It's close proximity to our destination

First floor window did not shut or lock. Microwave didn't work. The bed was worst than sleeping on the ground. We got one pillow each and they were terrible. The coffee was weak and horrible
