This is a very nice budget friendly place to stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming with great hospitality. The

really clean, very comfortable beds, thick comfortable pillows and very friendly staff. There is a bar and restaurant on campus

weekdays the breakfast is mediocre just being a quick grab and go but it is better than the hotels with nothing for breakfast options. Weekends they do have hot breakfast

Awful and they would not refund the night we did not end up staying.

The manager (I guess) was nice.

We booked for two nights. Rooms smelled stale/mildewy, saw bugs as soon as we walked to the lobby, rooms dirty, no hot water to shower. The pictures on booking.com DO NOT accurately portray their establishment so beware. Their photographer is very good. The manager did I guess try to accommodate.. but they told us they were booked and we would have to check out and then come back after our event to get another room because it wasn’t check in time and they wouldn’t have a room until later. We were walked to a random room on the other side of the facility with only a chair, tv and shower? So that we could get ready because they had no other rooms…it smelled also and we had hardly any space to actually get ready. We were disappointed from the time we pulled into the parking lot. Cost was affordable yes, but should be MUCH cheaper considering…

Fun & Friendly!

Good value! Tia was excellent and made you feel like you were at home. There is a bar onsite which is nice and they had special entertainment during the weekends.

Location from event was not ideal. Facility had a shuttle which dropped off to the major event, but did not pick up.

GREAT HOTEL

This place is very neat, I know people judge some hotels on the outside, as TEXAS can wear and tear buildings with the heat. THE ROOMS ARE AWESOME AND VERY CLEAR, NO CARPART. They have 2 bars, and had a live bad on Saturday. It was freaking awesome. LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. We plan to go back and stay a weekend. We were there for Kennady Chesney, they shuttle us to the concert, and we took a uber back. THE staff is GREAT!!!!!!!!!! SO SWEET AND FRIENDLY.

Horrible stay

The bed is comfy. That's probably the only thing we liked.

Although we had exchanged messages through the booking.com interface before we arrived and paid the full amount, when we arrived at the hotel they claimed that the reservation was not in the system and it took several very long phone calls to get us into the room and it took more than half an hour to check in. Even after that they charged us another $92 on top of the $50 deposit which was never mentioned at the time of booking and they turned down our request for information about this, told us to email the manager and although we did this, they have not responded to our request for information for 10 days. The hotel states on their website that they serve breakfast, but in the morning we learnt that there is no breakfast of anykind, no hot or cold breakfast, not even a crumb. There is a strong and unpleasant odor in the room. Don't trust any reservation detail you get prior coming here.

Absolutely Nothing, I am requesting that I get my money back, my wife and family feared for their safety, as soon as we got there , If I was charged for this, I want my money Back!!!!!!

Last minute one night stay motel met our expectations!

Bed firm. Pillows soft. Was as clean as any motel room you would expect. Also plenty of TV choices with satellite provider & options for Netflix, etc… For a last minute, one night stay, this room was really good!!

Refrigerator was noisy. Unplugged it. The toilet had a small leak. Placed unused tower underneath it. Having satellite TV, it was going out due to storm in area. For a one night stay, these were minor.

The rooms looked decent, and I liked that there were designated smoking areas.

However the beds were horrible, we could feel every spring and could even hear them pop! It says they have breakfast in which they do but they didn't provide enough to keep people flowing.

Going back again

The staff were super friendly, the beds were comfortable, and it looked like they renovated the inside of their rooms recently.

Booking actually sent them King size when I rented 2 queens but the hotel made it right.

This is a hotel that has been completely remodeled. Ti was the hostess, and she was the nicest, friendliest host you could ever ask for. We requested a walk-in shower, and she was happy to accommodate us. We also enjoyed karaoke in their lounge after the Rangers game.

One more pillow would have been nice, and I'm sure if I had asked for one, she would have gotten it for me.

BAD NASTY EXPERIENCE WITH CLEAN

There was pubic. Hairs all over both beds and restroom it even had old food in the fridge. That's nasty. They switched us to another room and it was the same way like if they never change the sheets. And on the second room there were also little animals under the sheets on the mattress protector. Told the lady we just couldn't stay there just to return our money and she said she couldn't do it that I had to talk to the manager. Went the next day to talk to her and she said only another manager could do it until she had time to look into it. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK CAUSE I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR FOR US.
