Convenience to Six Flags
The outside perimeter was dirty with trash. People were loud, until about 11:30 PM. The room overall was clean did find a few roaches, bathroom had to be wiped down, found hair in tubes/sink and looked like the room has not been vacuumed in a couple days.

Staff was friendly.
The facilities were in bad shape. The elevator in our building was not working and our room smelled like pot. We didn't request a room change because we were only staying one night for a concert (thus, spent very little time in the room), but we were disappointed with this stay overall.

bed was comfortable & a/c was working well I saw some comments about some not working but mine was working just fine.
room hard a very strong smell of cigarettes. seemed like people are living in the hotel.

King bed was comfortable.
The property is disgusting. It looks nothing like the photos advertised. We got a bad feeling even driving on to the property with broken down cars in the lot and kids riding bikes at the entrance. It was obvious people live on property. Walking to our room we could smell pot all around the building. When we opened the door to our room, you could immediately smell smoke. It was so bad that my eyes burned the entire stay. When the air would turn on, the smell of skunk weed would pour into the room. The bathroom felt like a an old convenience store restroom. When we explained these things while checking out, we received blank stares as if they were unaware. However, I was so disgusted upon arrival that I started looking at reviews on the property website and everyone seems to agree it’s nasty and nothing like the pictures. A Barry White will respond as a representative of the property and apologize, but what good is that and obviously nothing is changing. Sounds a lot like a “Sorry we lied about what to expect.” We have stayed in a lot of places in Arlington and this room was the worst! Save your money and mind and stay somewhere else.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.
There were bags of trash laying out everywhere, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming inside and outside of the rooms. My kids were terrified if the “guests”.
2.0
Decently priced relative to location, available free parking, and clean bathroom.
Overall, the room is functional but needs a lot of attention. Tiny bathroom; limited/broken wall outlets; stained, dirty carpet, smells strongly of smoke in spite being advertised as non-smoking; bedsheets were not fresh; no room cleaning; advertised amenities included free coffee/tea and breakfast but both were not available (you have to pickup the coffee packets from the front office); closet door barely attached/needs repair; front door not well insulated, cold outside air seeping from under the door; hotel property not well kept/maintained (no landscaping and trash, beer cans, all over the hotel property).

My room was dirty, nasty and had a bad smell to it. Had to wait for hot water and building is rundown. No breakfast served at hotel. Totally false advertised on site.

location that’s it!
Everything was horrible this place looked nothing like the pictures. This place is falling apart and filthy! Do not stay here avoid this place at all cost there are way to many options around there to waste your money here.

The outside was dirty,elevator nasty

the separate bedroom
dirty, under construction, the jacuzzi tub I paid extra for didn’t work, peeing paint and stained carpet and we caught someone peering in our window

Proximity to sports stadiums is convenient, and staff was very kind and helpful.
The overwhelming smell of marijuana in the room was incredibly irritating. I have read many reviews stating this and I figured it was bad luck on others experience but can confirm the same experience for myself. There are a lot of sketchy characters lurking but I never felt unsafe during my stay. As stated by others, the property is a bit run down so don’t expect what you see in the pictures to tell the whole story.

Everything! This property in no way represents the Wyndham properties I have stayed at. It was more like low income housing.

Bed was comfortable and kitchen was nice. Room is clean.
Bathroom ceiling was falling apart and there was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. Mentioned to staff.
Generally the place is run down elevators are out of date for inspection and the one for building 3 is out of service.
It's ok for a night or 2 but I wouldn't stay any longer than that. Price was quite high for what you get.

Great location, bigger rooms
Sofa bed mattress was horrible - not a fair solution as a bed option, smelt of smoke in the room even though non smoking

Everything was super clean and comfortable!
The bathroom door handle was broken and we couldn't close the door all the way cause we were afraid it wouldn't open back up.
