It’s close to a lot of touristy things which is nice, and it’s pretty clean.
There’s nothing here worth what they charge. There’s not a single thing that comes with your stay. No parking, no mini fridge, no water fountains, no ice maker. You can either pay $36 a day to leave your car at an unaffiliated and unmonitored parking garage and walk over to the hotel from there or you can pay $50 to have the hotel park your car in the same garage.

I had money stolen from my room and the hotel has not got back to me yet with any resolution on the matter

Valet was great, fast elevator, beautiful lobby, nice views of city, great proximity to major attractions / event venues. Passable breakfast. Starbucks inside.
Towels were small and cheap. Front desk didn’t get extra towels & soap as requested. There was hair in bathtub and overall bathroom wasn’t super clean. Shower could have used a separate liner from showers curtain.

I liked the bar and hotel staff.
Literally everything else.

Ppr8c4. Was good, facility wasn't too dated.
Wish there were cheaper and more convenient parking options.

Loved how friendly the staff were. Any time of day or night, if I saw a familiar or even an unfamiliar face, I was greeted pleasantly. My stay was during a trying time, and I know the staff was worn down, but they never stopped smiling.
I didn't like how the commissary shop didn't have standard pricing...one day I paid $10 for 2 8oz red bulls, the next day my friend was buying a 12oz one for $3.

I’ll at least give them the lobby area. It’s nice and spacious, and they’ve got the NEXT bar and their little market right there which is cool.
Check-in: have fun trying to check-in early, especially if it’s a busy time/day, because it’s basically not possible. There’s also a $75 incident fee per night you stay that you don’t find out about until you get there, which is awful when you’ve already paid so much to stay. Don’t worry, you’ll get the money back at the end of your stay, but no one knows how long it’ll take to show back up in your account. Could be a few days. Maybe a week. Maybe longer. It’s ridiculous.
Location: not ideal. You wouldn’t know from photos online or really from Google Maps, but the surrounding area is pretty sketchy. Daytime is fine I guess, but it was very uncomfortable for us walking back to the hotel at night.
Staff: honestly act like they don’t care. Some were rude and unprofessional. The one woman looked at me like I had three heads when I didn’t realize I wasn’t able to add my IHG member number because we booked third-party.
Room: humid as heck for one. Had to blast the air to get it to feel remotely comfortable in order to sleep. There was no switch for a bathroom fan/vent so we showered with the door cracked open to try and circulate air. Looking for a mini fridge or microwave? Too bad, neither are in the room. Had to request the fridge separately at the front desk and it took an hour for them to get it to us. We also didn’t have a thing as simple as a “Do Not Disturb” sign to hang on the doorknob.

The pool
The uncleanliness of my room ! The fact that I had to wait almost an hour for someone to clean a room that should have been cleaned prior to me coming. To top things off yes the pool was great , but I did not like how I had to fix shower head myself so that it wouldn’t leak on floor. There was also water bubbles dripping everytime I shower from the ceiling . Smelled like mold . My sink was also clogged . Bad experience for my birthday

The location. My husband was having surgery and the location to the surgery center was very convenient
I didn’t like the fact that breakfast was $20 per person, complimentary breakfast was not included! And my room did not have a refrigerator for the amount of money spent I didn’t have the basics!!

The staff was nice to us. They took care of anything we needed with a smile.
The hotel looks like at one time it was very nice but they have tried to put a coat of paint on a pig. The equipment in the rooms is outdated and doesn't work very well. It definitely did not look like it does online. We learned that valet is the only option and the service was less than excellent. We won't ever stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the food at the bar was very good. Great location!
The rooms were clean although a tad old and run down. Not overly old, but a little shabby.

The view and ambiance
The staff was very unprofessional and said my room was canceled through booking but I didn’t receive any cancellation notice
5.0 / 10.0
The air conditioner was not keeping the room cool.
Coffee shop didn't open on time three mornings, staff was very unfriendly.
Asked to extend the stay a night and were told there weren't rooms available. Nothing encouraging us to ask again or any follow up in case there was a cancellation.
my boss' room had someone it it when we got there. Then told there were no rooms available. Followed by getting a room where the carpet was wet, the air conditioner didn't cool adequately.

Nothing in every way
Let’s see…
$36 extra for parking not advertised
The elevators at the parking garage are only labeled as out of order on the top floor, so if you park on a lower floor you get to wait for elevators that don’t come until you give up and walk. then you get to walk down stairs again tomorrow
Someone puked in the 5th floor elevator lobby at 6 pm. I reported it soon after. Again at 10 pm. It was still there in the morning
Room was advertised as “with balcony”, but the balcony is screwed shut
“Rooftop pool” on a 25 story hotel is on the 4th floor over the portico, and was closed
“Skyview lounge” on the 25th floor also closed the whole time we were there
Bedside clock was an hour behind, so we went down for food at 9:15, but it was actually 10:15 so we had to order door dash
…long story short I’ve never even heard of a 2 star hotel this bad, and this one was supposed to be 4 star. $250+ wasted. Don’t waste your time

it doesn’t matter the stay was the worse i’ve experienced . I’ve stayed with crown plaza & IHG hotels for many years
The first problem is parking is $36-$75 per night .That is NOT listed anywhere when booking. I would not have booked here if so would have known that.
They would not apply my IHG or veteran discount when i was checking in.
The pool has caution tape on a latter & is not heated .The elevator broke and we had to walk 18 floors with our luggage. When I checked out, the front desk clerk told me i didn’t pay and tried to charge my card again!
After being rude & adamant that so didn’t pay , i had to show her on my banking app. the full charge of the room was made upon check in. She then proceeded to blame the person who checked me in.

The cafe and restaurant area were nice. Lobby was clean.
The bathroom in the hotel room was not in great condition. The shower head was loose and was separating from the wall.
I also wish there was an in room safe and refrigerator.

The room and halls were very worn. Furniture was in poor shape and generally unkempt. Hole in couch upholstery, drawer missing handle, paint peeling, desk drawer broken and very scratched. Room just looked in need of refresh or repair.
