Nothing
Nothing, it had a awful smell, the entire place was dirty nasty and filthy. The room was $200 plus I had to pay a $150 deposit. The room reeked of mold, must, mildew, dog pee, and dog poo. The lobby floors were filthy throughout the hotel the carpets were beyond disgusting. Dirty and soiled towels from another guest were placed in front of my door and when I told the front desk the lady told me that was not their problem. The mattress was dingy, dirty, and had multiple big stains on it. Someone’s false lashes were left behind on one of the bed night stands. The furniture looked liked it had not been wipe down in very long time. The front desk checked me out at 3am in the morning and I lived out of time and had nowhere to go and told me that they were unable to provide me a refund.

The place was very nice! It’s right by Georgia Tech for any sport fan! I don’t go to ATL often so I was kinda skeptical but not anymore! I found my home when I do visit!
3.7
The setting and place within the city and the places I had planned to visit.
The walls had a white dust in several areas that I noticed on second day of stay. Probably what got my sinus acting out the day I returned home.
Management addressing employees in a confrontational manner, felt inappropriate.

We did find some dead and alive weird looking bugs but we killed them and continued with our trip
3.7
Comfy beds! Close to downtown.
Paying for parking(nightly) is ridiculous.
3.7
Non breakfast included. Good place, close to the downtown. Parking free.

Breakfast was not mention to me, nor any of the facilities amenities. It was disappointing to find out that there was breakfast provided, which unfortunately I was not able to partake in by being unaware. The location, & setup of the room. Overall the staff seemed to be quite pleasant as well.
The bathroom shower thoroughly cleaned w/o previous soap residue & hair. The conference room table wiped down/cleaned w/o stickiness & hair stuck to the table. Lastly, the mentioning of breakfast being that was part of the selection when booking; to find out later there was breakfast offered. It would have been great to know, especially since I have health issues requiring me to take medication prescribed w/food.

I did not eat the breakfast because the room was dirty enough and I also didn’t get towels or anything until the night I was leaving!!!
The room was dirty, the phone was broken with all the buttons missing, the bathroom was horrible and it was suppose to be handicap accessible and it was a mess! I couldn’t use the charger because the plugs didn’t work. We also found stuff all over the floors because nobody cleans! They also didn’t clean our room the whole time we were there even when I asked them too! This hotel sucked for the price! The only good thing was the location! Also, the room stunk and the halls were so hot!

It was quiet and relaxing

Locations
Dirty and smelly rooms and pet hair and no towels

The only benefit to this hotel was the location and the distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The room was not clean. The sheets were filthy. Has to constantly ask for towels. Staff was very rude and acted as if we were bothering them by just asking for what I am paying for. And I was charged a lot more than my booking reservation quoted me.
3.7
The room was spacious, basically clean, noise was minimal from the other guests, the pool and outdoor deck was beautiful, staff was very helpful & courteous (especially Matthew and Michael), location was excellent for the venue I was working from.
The carpet needs refreshing or shampooing and the AC filter probably cleaned or changed because the room always maintained a musty, old smell except when I would shower and spray my cologne on...and every single Lyft driver or food delivery driver got confused because they blocked off one of the entrances so everyone had to go through the gate which they naturally avoided at first. That created many more delays than anything else.

The pictures isn't the same as the room! The room we reserved according to the pictures was spacious & big, However when we got there it was sooo small that we barely could fit! It was my husband & I Anniversary & we were very disappointed!
The false advertisement of the pictures of the room

Quick check-in. Responsive front desk staff. There is an outdoor pool and a nice sitting area near the pool but in a shaded spot. Breakfast was available but at a cost. My room was a queen size single with a couch. Nothing out of the ordinary, but clean and comfortable.
Bathroom could be upgraded a bit (shower head, sliding door)
