Loved everything about the property! Just a little dusty! I suffer from allergies and we wet a washcloth to wipe surfaces!
The dinner menu!

Location, walkability and friendly staff.
The street noise into the early morning hours.
2.5 / 5.0
The room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working. It required a visit from the maintenance staff who had to open up the vent in the wall to fix it. Also, I booked a room with 2 queens bed and was told I was being upgraded to a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper in the corner wing; I had to call for linen for the sofa sleeper. Also, no microwave was available. The sink also was problematic where a pool of water gathered near the faucet and had to keep a towel there to soak up the water.

Convenient to Resturant’s Attractions and Family.
Parking a little expensive

The room was big, clean and up to the standards. The location was close to the venue of my meetings. I had a very good view of Atlanta.
Everything was fine

Convenient
Everything is dated and Brocken in the room. The door to the bathroom, the telephone didn’t work to call the front office and the bed was atrociously bad with bumps and troughs and lost sleep before a long flight to Australia

It's all ok.
I'm disappointed that you messed up the water bill when I looked at the receipt and later added it to my credit card once more, all of which I bought from outside and didn't drink from your refrigerator.
I emailed the issue and it was not resolved. ([email protected])

Secure hotel with room key only use of elevators. Clean and location was perfect with great food nearby and walkability.
Napping during the day is a no due to traffic noise and I was on the 9th floor.

Location
Room was not ready by 4:00 check in. At 5:00 I finally requested another room so we could get ready for our event. I was basically downgraded from a double queen deluxe to a king studio because that's all they had clean. We literally tried early check-in at 2:30 in the afternoon and we're promised that the room would be clean by 4:00. At 5:00 it was still not cleaned. Ended up sleeping on a pull-out couch when I should have been sleeping in a queen bed that I booked two and a half months prior. The pull out couch was horrible. I definitely did not get what I paid for which was a double queen deluxe room that should have been clean and available by 4:00 check in. Very poor management and very poor service. Will never use a Hyatt again.

location
bedroom pillows and annoying night lights with motion sensors that went on and off without anyone moving. Bathroom towels not in bathroom (!!).

Comfortable Bed, good shower, convenient location for botanical gardens
Noisy and not great location relative to places for breakfast

This is hotel was the perfect place to stay in Houston. It was surrounded by so many restaurants, coffee shops, and friendly people. A lot of things were walking distance!

Location is near a huge park. Multiple food options
They don’t use fitted sheets so when you sleep you feel the rough mattress. At a 4 star hotel I would expect a better sleep and fitted sheet so it doesn’t come off!
Breakfast is $26 per person which is very expensive for a hotel breakfast.
Parking onsite is expensive ($40 valet or $28 to park on the roof of the garage yourself)
Water in room is $4 a bottle which is expensive for a simple water at a hotel

The bar staff and food was good.
The first room we were put in was dirty, sheets were not clean as well. I asked to be moved to a different room, I didn’t receive a apology are a incentive for the inconvenience. The room we were switched to had a horrible view and toilet wouldn’t flush.

Nothing for free like water or something else. Just a water what is always needed.

Our room was huge and very comfortable. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location for Midtown was perfect, with a lot of restaurants and bars within just a few minutes walk. The car park for the hotel is right next door so that is very convenient, as is the Metro station at just a few minutes walk. Great neighbourhood and a nice clean and modern hotel.
