El mejor hotel en Miami Beach! Increíble atención

Todo fue perfecto, la ubicación es espectacular en toda la Española Way, un lugar seguro y de mucha vida. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y muy linda. El sistema de claves para ingresar a la habitación facilita mucho pues evita que se pierdan las llaves. También es muy bueno que el hotel facilita sillas en la playa. El señor Jose fue supremamente atento, nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo e hizo que nuestro tiempo en el hotel fuera el mejor, le agradecemos personalmente. El precio, la ubicación, la atención del personal, la limpieza y las comodidades lo hacen definitivamente el mejor hotel de Miami Beach. Super recomendado y esperamos volver pronto!

I requested a refund for the final night because my room flooded and I left this hotel 1 day early

location was fantastic, very close to everywhere

The service was not good, my room flooded and they offered to give me more towels to help the room being flooded from outside. It was extremely loud due to the room being outdoors- exterior door didnt block any sound. A cockroach also made its way into my room from under the exterior door. Not good or hygienic.

Paseo por Miami

Si bien la ubicación es muy buena ya que se encuentra cerca de la playa y varios restaurantes, el ruido en la calle, sobre todo el fin de semana es muy importante. El hotel es totalmente virtual y todo lo tienes que hacer tú, hasta el cambio de toallas. Tiene servicio de playa pero solamente tumbonas, no cuenta con sombrilla y hay que pagarla.

El ruido que se escucha desde la calle es importante. No te hacen nunca la habitación ni siquiera cuándo te quedas una semana, me parece poco aseado. Para acceder a las habitaciones hay que subir por una escalera con las maletas. Una noche se encendió la alarma de incendio y creo que se debe a que en el hotel todos los huéspedes fuman dentro de las habitaciones sobre todo marihuana.

Perfect location at Espanola Way/would come again

The location directly on Espanola Way is excelent - many restaurants just down stairs, shopping possible around. Walking to beach takes few minutes only. Comfy beds, clean room, doesn't smell musty as some other properties in Miami. Beach club includes 2 free sunbeds/room - awesome.

No place to dry your swimsuit and towels from the beach, only 2 hooks in the bathroom - if you are 4 people it is a problem. The shower in our room always leaked into the bathroom, sealing of the glass wall not working.

Excelente localização, muita coisa por perto, restaurantes, bares, festas, parquinhos e compras. Apesar de um local movimentado, os quartos eram silenciosos e muito agradáveis. Chuveiro muito bom também.

O hotel não tem elevador. O lance de escadas não nos atrapalhou.

Disappointing

It is a short walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants outside.

The room was run down and worn out. Although I was expecting bustle and noise outside it was far greater than I expected and the fact they provide ear plugs emphasises this. There was also a loud pedestrian crossing outside that bleeped every two seconds all night long!

Perfect for couples to explore Miami Beach

What you need to know: Our hotel room was located directly at Española Way, a lively restaurant and bar street with daily parties until late at night. We didn't mind, but if you are sensitive to noise, you will have problems sleeping. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists visiting Miami Beach. Public parking is available on Lincoln Ln S street, which is nearby (relatively cheap at 2 USD per hour; Enforcement Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. Seven days per week.).

There is a big TV in the room, but it is not connected to any cable input. So the TV is useless unless you connect your own program. This could be better communicated by the hotel operator. Also, room service is not included!

Great weekend getaway with no driving for fun.

Kasa El Paseo Miami has very clean super comfortable beds, the pillows are so comfortable and all the little extra amenities like coffee, lots of towels available, good people like Mr. Jose made me feel at home. The location was great where you can sit a little balcony in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere, they're so amazing. I was able to walk to the beach, Walgreens, shops and eat good food, just overall experienced a nice ambiance especially in the evening.

Know that you have to be cautious it is still a big City but overall I felt safe.

Overall good experience

The autonomous check-in is easy and practical. The room and other facilities are well covered by the air conditioning. The beds are confortable. The location is great to access the beach and the Ocean Drive area.

Due to its central location, and the fact that the noise isolation is poor, the noise from the street can be disturbing. Also, the fact that the room isn't cleaned during the stay, as said in multiple other comments, really takes away from the experience.

Quite noisy. Walls seem thin as we could hear people in neighbouring rooms. There were quite a few bugs in the room, some were dead and had been there from before we arrived but not cleared away. There was a musty smell in the room.

location is central, so lots of activities within walking distance. The virtual checkin was nice.

I didn’t realize the hotel was literally above a busy alleyway with multiple restaurants and live music at night. That wasn’t a big deal for me since I didn’t get back to the hotel until 3am, but if you plan on sleeping early you might find that a bit difficult. Earplugs were provided, so that was a nice gesture.

perfectly located Miami Beach experience!!

It was perfectly located; 7 min walking to Ocean Drive and the beach. nice restaurants and bars around. When a small inconvenience occurred the staff was 24h available and helpful to solve it asap. would always come back and this hotel deserves the best reviews!! it is a bit noisy but max until 1 am but it does come with the amazing location !! I also felt very safe
