Birthday get away

I loved everything ! The customer service is received from the AM shift Courtney and Rayshawn was above and beyond. I encountered a small issue with the PM staff with a request, and when I saw Courtney the next morning, she was on it ! Every question i had, Rayshawn had the answer. If not, Courtney wasn't too far away . This was my first time in New Orleans for my birthday and the customer service i received at The Courtyard Marriott French Quarter is why I am a Marriott member and why on my next trip to The Big Easy i will be staying at the Courtyard Again

Nice place to stay

The shower water is so hot at all times loved it everyone so nice and helpful really enjoyed the stay love the bar

No real close parking so we had to pay for valet parking

Our room location and view was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and hotel was very quiet which was nice.

Would have preferred breakfast being included with the stay and also the lack of a swimming pool. My sister and I had hoped to relax more but instead ended up just sitting the room most of the time.

“I am the Facility Administrator….soooooo”

Nothing. Wasn't there long. Very dismissive, stand-offish and “looking down” demeanor. Been to a lot of hotels in the Marriott family and this was by FAR my worst experience. Very surprising.

Customer service by the “Office Administrator”. Didn’t try to resolve the issue. Instead was demeaning and extremely dismissive.

A Place to Stay

Not too far from French Quarter

Parking is expensive and difficult. Ended up parking 6 blocks away in parking structure across from Roosevelt. Nothing in the facility indicates you’re in NOLA. Lobby Cafe very expensive and all packaged offerings.

Enjoyable stay

I loved the location of the hotel, as well as the staff was amazing.

There wasn't anything we didn't like other than the loudness of the college students, but being prior students ourselves, we expected it.

it was just ok I probably won’t book with this hotel again if I did it would be to visit the staff

the Location was awesome

the rooms are way to small for the price. they put me and my wife in what looked like a closet, when you open the door it hits the television. I instantly requested another room. The next room was ok but the bathroom was so small you have to close the door before doing anything in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, couldn’t get the room to cool down until Saturday when it was raining. The best part about the hotel is the staff, they were some polite and happy people especially the gentleman at the bar.

Exceptional

I loved the location. 15-20 minute walk to the SuperDome and Bourbon St. Loved that it was right there off Canal St. LOVED the valet attendant Ernest. He was amazing and super friendly and helpful.

Front Desk staff could have been a little friendlier. They didn't smile and gave off the appearance aa if they didn't want to be there.
