I would not book again

Stayed there 3 days and room service was horrible with cleaning our room and proving new towels and wash cloths.

wouldn’t stay here again

the location was very nice

my fridge dripped the entire time despite asking for someone to come fix it. The pool was very small and there was very little space to sit. I ordered room service and waited almost 2 hours until i called to cancel the order and ordered door dash instead. The fire alarm went off for almost 3 hours in the middle of the night without even an apology from the hotel.

Very disappointing

The restaurant food was good when they got the order right. Some of the staff were helpful.

They didn’t have the right room - we had booked two beds and they only had a room with one for the first night. We asked for housekeeping three times to make the room up another night including thru the front desk and nobody did it. We ordered dinner and a steak with nothing on it and it came out as the menu covered in things.

Close to everything NOLA has to offer.

We loved the location the rooms and beds were really comfy and our balcony was great.

We had a couple of issues with our cleaner taking our own personal mugs and when we asked about it thinking it was an innocent mistake we heard nothing back. A little disappointing as it was a souvenir from a previous location.

This was a fantastic hidden gem right in the middle of the French Quarter

My daughter and I definitely like how cool and eclectic the hotel was, from the cool lights in the drive area and the look of the reception area when you walked in. Our room was super cool with the neat paintings covering one side of the room over the beds/ The hallways were very cool as well and all the staff was super nice and friendly.

Really couldn't find anything that we didn't like, unless you count the drinks at the bar stopping around 10 pm, but that's really only minor. The only other thing would be clean the bird droppings off the couches up on the higher level.

It was a great location!

Clock in room did not work. No place to plug my phone in next to the bed. No place to put toiletries in the bath room. A hassle.

Phenomenal staff, artistic and unique vibe, with an unbeatable location!

the staff was amazing and the courtyard is gorgeous! I am from New Orleans but currently live out of state. My husband and I got married in the French quarter and chose to have our family and wedding party stay here. The staff was beyond accommodating and helped me show my friends and family from the PNW a great time in my home city!

Exemplary service from a wonderful staff

Asked for a room switch and was accommodated despite the busy season, staff was super helpful moving our bags and getting the new room ready. Stepped out for dinner and came back, new room was ready and perfect

Beautiful , clean place , but not upfront on properties you make avail

The staff , the location and the hotel

That you do not advertise that the kitchen is closed on certain days of the week ! That I couldn’t get the breakfast for the breakfast rate I paid for , that the staff told me there was no food Why don’t you say it on the website ? Even further BOOKING.COM why don’t you say it on your travel site - your own booking site? With kids and being in the French quarter it’s hard to find food period Now if there’s no room service and the children are hungry ? I think you should be more informative as should they , however I booked with you ! Tell me what I’m getting into so I plan accordingly,

Superb

The bed was really comfortable. The balcony was nice. The beignets were better then Cafe De Monde.

Felt like a normal room. It was a connected room.

Disappointing

Location

Doesn’t live up to the quality of other W hotels round the world. The hotel looked old, despite being new. The rooms were dingy. The breakfast options were almost non-existent. The outside area is disappointing (the pictures make it look much better than it is). Finally it is extremely expensive for what it is - very poor value for money.

The bathroom had a weird frosted glass door, which led directly into the bedroom; not great when sharing with friends.
