Great location!
Elevator was too small and outdated

The location is great. Beautiful rooms, great for the price. We’ve stayed three different times.
We hate the bar isn’t open anymore and wish they had a swimming pool.
6.0
Convenience of downtown
Valet parking. Waited too long on my car to come. Also staff was not knowledgeable about prices of valet and booking.com
5.0
I like the French Quarter area. The staff was great.
The rooms were a little small for $900. The elevator seemed like it wanted to get stuck every time.

I did not try the breakfast. The location was difficult for me. I got lost several times just trying to find adequate parking. No one was readily available to valet park my vehicle. I had to carry my own luggage up to the sixth floor, then unload the luggage in my room. The elevator we rode shook, causing me to feel a little anxious.
I absolutely loved the beautiful bathroom. The shower was amazing. The bed were so comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Valet parking service was easy and efficient. The room was large, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean with nice spacious glass-door shower. Complimentary breakfast was nice to have (yummy egg sandwiches, delicious quiches, a good selection of fruit & oatmeals/cereals). Overall, quite satisfied.

The staff was very nice and the location of this hotel was perfect to get around the city easily. They offered breakfast in the morning and drinks/snacks in the lobby at all times.
You can hear everything from your room. People talking downstairs, other rooms, doors closing, water running, etc. It was the only real issue I had with the hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing everything was great.

Convenient location to dining, grocery, and train station
The atmosphere seems a bit gloomy.

The hotel was very nice and reasonably priced for downtown New Orleans. I always felt safe. Breakfast was well-stocked and on time. Better than most free hotel breakfasts. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. I really have no complaints about this hotel; and would stay there again. Within walking distance to (1-2 miles....) to convention center and the French Quarter.
Parking as usual is expensive in cities. There was plenty of convenient covered and open parking within one block. That added about $30/day to the expense. It would have been nice to have some hotel-subsidized parking option available. They do offer Valet parking, but this was over $40/day and no better than self-parking IMO.
9.0
Walking distance to French Quarter but in a quiet location in CBD. Room was clean and spacious for a couple. TV is connected therefore you are can watch Netflix, YT, etc. Wi-Fi is stable with decent speed. Breakfast is good enough to start the day with a delicious coffee.
Elevators could be upgraded to fit the overall status of the property.
