Staff great, location great, hotel great.

The perfect French Quarter location, Right next to Bourbon street but without the noise. A pool and a bar too. This place was a gem of a find

I wasn’t too keen on the rattly old elevator but it got us to the floors we needed each time we used it.

we will definitely stay at this again. the issues was minor. this hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to

the location was great! hotel was clean, staff was friendly

the floor we was on the ice machine did not work. the hotel bar was not open & the pool was not cleaned for swimming.

this luxury hotel charged for the parking I didn’t use. they don’t answer on my messages, refuse to refund the money and can’t prove that use the valet. sooooo unprofessional

A decent place to stay after a cruise before flying home. Close walking distance to everything.

The location was great and the furnishings very nice.

Cozy and convenient, would explore staying again.

Location is wonderful, the staff was very helpful and prompt with any questions or assistance.

They have a beautiful courtyard and convenient bar but we’re informed before the stay that it was closed (the bar). It was shut down during covid and never reopened, I feel the hotel is missing out on a goldmine but choosing not to utilize it.

Overall a great stay, front desk staff(Pierre), housekeeping staff & valet parking staff were all gr

No breakfast but there was always hot fresh coffee & bottled water complimentary. The bar was not open during our stay

While the the parking was convenient, info about the parking garage would be helpful, and perhaps signage to indicate where to unload luggage and parking garage location.

The location was great. Close to Bourbon street but very quiet. Beds were comfy. Inner courtyard was pretty

Worn out feel. Practically no amenities. Hotel bar was closed. Elevator was broken. Had to take the stairs to 4th floor. Lobby had a generic feeling, no character and coffee was not very good. Key card kept failing. The courtyard was very nice but not as clean as it should be. Cushions on seating needs a good scrubbing.

Good location, not a place to hang around in though.

Right in the centre of the French quarter. Easy to walk to most places.

Room wasn’t super clean - dust all over the floor, foot print on my pillow and a clump of hair left in the shower. The sun loungers and sofas are filthy - don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned. Other than that fine - but I’d just point out there is zero sound proofing in this hotel. You can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway and in the rooms next to you, let alone the party noise from outside.

Great location great star boutique feel

I love the properties boutique feel and little plung pool.

unfortunately the restaurant and bar are no longer open and although I could cope without the restaurant. it would’ve been nice to have an option of a bar when at the pool.

we loved the pool and the location! we were expecting more noise from bourbon st but in our room it was very minimal!

No restaurant or even a vending machine and the bar was closed. yes you can find restaurants right around the hotel but these places often had a long wait. I grab and go food option would have been nice.

Overall very nice

Location was fantastic, if you want to party or be IN the action all the time. The room was super comfortable and well equipped.

Requesting a room NOT facing the street would provide a much quieter sleeping environment. The pool was shaded and very small.
