nice facillity, clean

bistro staff seemd rather aloof and the food for three people, 66 dollars, was kind of unsatisfying. also, my visually impared parents arrived for breakfast before I came from our room.... they cannot read the very small lettered menu and asked for hand held menu....staff could not find one at all and did offer to assist with the menu reading. i came down 10 minutes later as my parents waited so we could eat. just seemed a not so great way to check out.

Not great. We even left a day early.

It was clean.

The bed was uncomfortable, the shower nozzle was falling off the wall, they said there was “breakfast included” but it was just Starbucks options. There was no pool and it was in an extremely odd location.

Clean & quiet.

Very clean.

My room wasn't available when I tried to check in at 6:15. The desk clerk said it probably was but she didn't get a count on what rooms were available. Seems like that would be easily automated - when a room is available, pass the info to the desk clerk. Also, I would have appreciated free coffee in the lobby rather than just the packet in the room.

Exceptional

This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like. I wish I had more time to stay there.

Poor wifi. Paid wifi does not even work.

Its great location close to my office and stayed many times.

The free wifi is so slow one cannot do any work with it. When you try to pay for wifi it goes to an error page. I stayed in December and complained. Hotel agreed to improve the wifi. So I gave another chance to see nothing has changed. Will not stay here again.

I like staying at this hotel. It’s reasonably priced for the high quality you receive and the staff is nice.

I like the cleanliness, the breakfast selection during the weekend and access to the expressway.

I did have some issues with a restroom one visit but they addressed it right away.

Getaway weekend

The decor was very nice.

There weren't any trash bags in the garbage cans. There wasn't a microwave in the room.

Overall, 8 out of 10 stars.

On booking.com, breakfast is shown as included with the room. We discovered that it was a limited breakfast menu. The ad is deceiving. It should explain this when booking the room.

Good

Breakfast was not part of package. But the people who did run the breakfast were as nasty as a pair of rattle snakes

Breakfast would have been nice as there isn’t any restaurants near by but after dealing with the 2 people running the breakfast nook I wouldn’t have liked it any way

Nice stay after long road trip

The lady at the reception desk was very nice and welcoming. We arrived late and very from a long drive from Canada and it was very pleasant to feel that confortable. Room was big and we had an amazing night, mattress is perfect. Free parking.

The aircond was a bit too noisy that it was hard to find sleep.

Bathroom towels very super thin, shower control knob came off (the cleaning staff should have reported this to maintenance). Could hear the guests in the next room even though they were speaking in a normal tone.

It was a wonderful stay just the price was a little to much just for two nights

That bed was so comfy and the room was so nice and clean but that price was outrageous it just need to be a little lower i think. But it was a wonderful trip place to stay
