The hotel is very central, and has a nice basic infrastructure.
No breakfast in sundays. The breakfast other days was very limited. Allmost no healthy foods. Good coffee being the only positive exeption.
No romservice unless on request. One of the days I requested it, it did not happen until I asked the cleaning maid myself.
First day the internet did not work, and I had to ask the receptionist several times before he took it seriously.
All cutlery are plastic, witch is both not very pleasent, and bad for the environment.

Very clean, good coffee both the in room coffee and starbucks. The bathrooms had paul mitchell products which i loved. My head felt tingly for the day. The uber rides to most of the national monuments and museums were under 15 bucks.
Parking was 25 a day which is pretty standard in the area but seems like a lot to me.There wasn't a pool and no housekeeping during the stay. I know its because of covid!

Broken garage elevator... broken ice machine ...room was not cleaned on arrival..... they attempted to move us to a different room with only one bed and we specifically requested two queen beds.... the key cards many times did not work.... the breakfast promised on Saturday was not there......the breakfast on Sunday was pathetic and we left to go eat somewhere else after waiting for someone to come up to the counter to wait on us.....the fact that we had to walk outside after parking in the garage just to get into our room.

Room size was decent. Beds were clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Very good location in Arlington, close to metro. Oh and the kids loved the games downstairs (jenga and fussball table).
The room had 2 full beds, not 2 queen beds as advertised. The balcony was way too small, you can't sit on it. The TVs were very small too. Room was not cleaned properly, found a pill on the carpet, bathroom was barely clean and there were almost empty soap dispensers. The refrigerator has frozen all our soda cans solid overnight. Bathroom was very small.

Rooms/beds were very comfortable, staff was accommodating and gave our family a conjoined room! The elevator wasn't working so parking was included!
There was no pool like I thought

Clean, comfy and quiet. Great location.
The staff wasn't very friendly and could not get my room cleaned when requested. There were a lot of people hanging around out front and in the lobby that smelled like weed and were kinda shady.

All cafes are in walking distance!
No bar inside the hotel.

Great location. Very quiet. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Garage door opener was out of service when I arrived. Was repaired during my stay. Elevator to garage was out of service. Parts were on order.

They only service rooms every 3 days and that’s only upon request. Which is pretty inconvenient since they keep limited supplies in the room - 3 towels & washcloths, a roll and half of toilet tissue, 2 small trash cans for a family of 4 isn’t meeting our needs. They did provide extras when asked, but would be better to have more stocked in the rooms.

I loved the gym, the games that were available, and the comfy feel of the shared social spaces.
I had to do some cleaning of my own. The toilet had hairs on it as did the bathtub. When I lifted the toilet to clean under the lid, there was urine. The drain in the tub was clogged, so I cleaned the tub a second time. I alerted the front desk that there was a clog and they did fix it. There was also a woman in the lobby who said something was stolen out of her room and that a manager had not contacted her about it. That was concerning.

I love the room, location and staff which is why I have stayed there the past two times I have been to DC
I truly don't understand why they have a rewards system but do not allow the use if booked through Booking.com. Especially when I called the hotel itself to see if they would better match the price that Booking.com had given me. They were just the same but they also did not tell me my rewards are only valid when they book at the hotel. I attempted to get my rewards at the hotel and also by emailing the property manager but to no avail. Maybe time to ditch the rewards since we are not allowed to cash them in.

The staff were helpful, courteous, and if I may say- almost protective of us. I had the feeling that they were watching out for us as much as they were attending to us. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay and it was a very convenient location to Arlington Cemetery, as we were in town for a relative's inurnment at Arlington.
The beds are most excellent! Very comfortable!
There was nothing that I didn't like. That said, finding food was a bit inconvenient as I had my senior citizen mother with me and walking too many blocks was not an option. Neither was driving around to get food, as parking was non-existent. Perhaps a lobby cafe that was open longer through the day? Or leaving laminated take-out/delivery menus in the rooms near the telephones? (I did eventually settle on online ordering from Buuz Thai and they delivered a delicious meal.)
The beds are very high and we jokingly said we had to do the "Fosbury Flop" to get into it. Perhaps a small step for shorter people to get into the bed?

A little dated.

Room was really nice ! comfortable and welcoming..wifi was great . room was clean staff was very funny and nice and welcoming aswell , night of & Morning after <3
I disliked that they do not have a pool , Or a hot tub , not even free breakfast for all that $ we paying . But the room was worth the money it just needs more amenedites in the hotel , such like a ice machine .. free breakfast a pool anything

This hotel is kinda close to the Rosslyn station. Nice little gym and open area to chill in. The room is spacious. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
No regular room cleaning. No water boiler in room. The fridge freezes all beverages into ice.

This is the worst hotel I've ever lived in!
The hotel only has one front desk staff handling matters, who not only is responsible for check-ins and check-outs, but also answers phone calls. He takes care of anything you could possibly imagine. You have to wait for twenty minutes for him to assist you.
The room we initially checked into had a lot of ants, room 803. After we changed to a new room (without any remedial measures), the towels in the new room were very dirty.
Do not book a room on BOOKING.com, because the front desk will say that they cannot find your reservation! In other words, none of your rights are guaranteed.
The hotel's breakfast is the most ridiculous I've ever seen. Breakfast is at a Starbucks in a corner of the hotel lobby, with each person having an 8 dollar credit to purchase Starbucks food. Essentially, you get a piece of bread, because a piece of bread costs five dollars. I asked if I could have a cup of coffee? He said the cost was over. But when I booked the hotel, I paid 45 dollars for breakfast for the three of us. That is to say, a 15-dollar breakfast fee gets you an 8-dollar Starbucks breakfast per person, which is just a piece of dry bread.
The hotel's parking lot is practically useless. I spent 28 dollars for parking, but in reality, you can directly drive into the parking lot. There are no guards or barriers, and nobody checks. Homeless people can walk in and out freely. I don't see the point of this parking fee. In conclusion, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Clean and well designed rooms, plenty of space, good quality amenities. A lot of restaurants and fast foods around.
Supermarket is in 3 mins walk distance.
nothing special to mention. seasonal rate increase seems too high.

Good front desk staff trying to be helpfull
The hotel refuse to take cash even when payment with cards was imposible due to technical issue with my bank. I was reallydisappointed. This cost me a lot as I was obliged to look for another hotel that accept cash and I ended up payinh higher rate in the same area.
