Good enough for work-related stays. Find some place else if for leisure.

Can rent two-bedroom suites with kitchen.

Room is too hot during summer time. Would also appreciate if the room is a bit brighter.

Found spiders on bed, Carpet and couch are dirty, Homeless guy sleeping right outside our door, no security cameras

Had nice kitchens, Close to where we need to go, good breakfast. Staff are helpful with supply needs and picking up trash.

Found spiders on bed, Carpet and couch are dirty, Homeless guy hanging out right outside our door, no security cameras. We felt very uncomfortable especially we have our child with us. We also keep checking our car and we can hear every footsteps on the second floor. How can a second floor be paper thin? Please do better in cleaning the carpets and couch. There shouldnt be any spiders in any of the rooms especially paying that much! And we had to pay for parking too $10/night when there was plenty of parking for everyone. Atleast the rooms should be free of bugs for $189/night. Im not sure if I want to stay here again!

Fell below standards for a Residence Inn.

Breakfast was very good as was the staff working the breakfast bar.

Toilet didn't work properly, heating/ac system was inadequate, light in living room area was inoperative. Outdoor lights for stairway up to unit were not working.

Value was good, but building needs some updating.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was ideal, close to shopping and airport. I liked the fact that it had two bedroom units available, which was ideal for a big family.

The rooms are okay but the furniture was quite uncomfortable, and the building definitely needs some updating.

Awful.

Nothing

Refused to give a refund after the front desk lady TOLD ME she would refund me. Their building wouldn’t let me check in because I’m 20 and not 21 yet their own website doesn’t say anything about an age restriction for checking in. When I called to ask why they weren’t refunding me I got some lady giving me the worst attitude I’ve ever received from someone that’s being paid to help me.

Spacious suite and restful sleep

Of all the places I have stayed in the area this property has by far been the best. I do not care about things being updated, I’m not checking into a luxury spa, but I do care about clean and it was clean. I love that they are basically apartment duplexes which means I don’t have to traips through the lobby and say hello to anyone (I’m an introvert). I reserved the queen suite with a fireplace and it was great - spacious with natural light. Also, I never sleep well in hotels but I had a very good, restful one here. It was so quiet. I will be returning to the Residence Inn. You cannot beat it for the value.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and grounds.

The comfort of the sofa bed but that’s how sofa beds go I guess. Also could have used an additional blanket, I’m sure I could have asked for one but it was 2:00 am after the Taylor Swift concert and I exhausted!!

Room was fine

There was supposed to be a shuttle to the airport. I would have never stayed there if there was no shuttle. The staff at the front desk was very rude about it we had to take an uber to the airport and pay extra money I would appreciate compensation for that .

Perfectly fine motel

The location is about 4 miles from SeaTac Airport, so not bad. We had a two room family suite. We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up, but had to do it ourselves on arrival. One bedroom allows you to close the doors, the other is in an open loft upstairs. Not as private as we would prefer, but not a huge problem. Breakfast was busy, and perfectly fine if a bit bland.

We had to pay for parking, which given that's about the only way to get there feels like an unnecessary extra. We would have preferred that to be rolled into the room rate.

The suite itself was very large and clean. Although I found dog food in the closet.

The pool was closed. One of the main reasons I booked was because of pool. There was zero communication on booking.com or the properties website directly. The suite was expensive, but I splurged for a night of comfortable rest and a pool for the kids after 12 hours of driving. Very frustrating! The beds were OK. A little firm for my liking, but comfy bedding. The pull out couch is awful. Can feel every spring. And there was no bedding for it. I had to drive back to the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

that it was close to airport and provided airport transport

the room smell faintly of cigarette, had a fly in my room, also vent on door to A/C room was covered in heavy dust.
