Breakfast was amazing, clean room, hallways and entry, comfy, quiet, good location

Staff seemed distracted or like they didn't care to talk to us at the check in desk, but were nice enough.

Great stay but customer service could use work

The location was great and beds were comfortable with the rooms being spacious. Free waffles and omelets for breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice outdoor sitting.

The rooms felt humid and didn’t feel like it cooled at all. The breakfast staff/ Starbucks employees were not friendly. House keeping knocked on my door at 8am. Was kind of upset due to waking me up early and trying to get me out when check out is at 12pm.

Frustrating and not up to expectation.

This property had free parking and breakfast. The room temperature was comfortable.

I am still upset about the room refrigerator not working. I told 4 staff members that the refrigerator did not work. They sent a repair man that pushed a button in the refrigerator as if to say, “it was my fault because it wasn’t on.” The next employee literally said, “we will switch the refrigerator out with a different room.” That never happened. The refrigerator did not remain on during my trip and the yogurt, fruit, juice and water that I put in there were actually warm. I know yogurt is not expensive but… I had to throw it away my first night in the room. The cold items were necessary because we were there for a track meet and I brought/needed cold snacks for my child. The temperatures were in the high 90s outside so cold snacks would have been good. I ultimately purchased an ice chest because none of the 4 staff members ever actually resolved the issue. Also the hallway was stuffy and humid. The room temperature was very pleasant and comfortable though.

A very nice place.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast that was included with my stay included a fresh made omelet station. I plan on staying at this property again.

The pool and hot tub area showed signs of neglect. The pool tile needed a good scrub.The hot and the pool could use a refresh; the paint has worn the lifts are rusty and uninviting. The furniture is sub par in this area compared to the rest of the hotel.

Will never stay here again

The breakfast for a hotel like this was very very disappointing. You get better breakfast at a more budget friendly hotel such as comfort inn than here. All they give is 1 waffle, 1 omelet (that isn't even cooked right), and just coffee and water. No complimentary drinks, snacks, or other hot breakfast. Very very disappointing. Breakfast staff are also very rude and discriminatory.

The breakfast, the extremely cold pool (we all ended up getting sinus infections due to how cold the pool was), and the staff.

My stay was adequate for my needs of being close to a friend I was visiting

No hot water to shower in. No coffee in the morning I departed. No one at the desk the morning the departed

Comfortable but could have been better.

Near TCU. Location was great and beds were comfortable.

AC did not cool room down completely. Room had a wet carpet smell to it. Killed a small roach in bathroom.
