We didn't stay because their pet policy is VERY RESTRICTIVE and our needs for our trip up couldn't be accommodated. If it weren't for the pet policy I think it would've been a great stay. Inquire before you book if you have pets because it is not listed on the website and you may have to find another place to stay, which isn't $ friendly.

Everything was great

There was no breakfast at this facility but there were vending machines and sitting area with table and chairs available. Also coffee. Location was perfect for our purpose.
We requested a regular room and handicap room close together. We made reservations several weeks in advance. Our rooms were on separate floors, no where close together.

Location was good
Seems like everyone in the motel had a dog so the hallway smell of dog and there was random barking

The only good thing about this motel is that it’s close to my event that we had attend. Texas Motor Speedway.
where do I Begin? The entire first floor smelled like weed. The front staff were completely rude the entire time. Drug dealing going on in the back of the hotel. The pool was “ under maintenance” and nothing being done to it. The rooms were dirty. But other than that it was ok

It was close to destination
Dirty, stinky, no towels, room service was not done daily, no water pressure, and staff denied my handicap room.

the location is perfect for food, high ways is easily accessible, and the Texas motor speed way is within a windows view.
the cleanliness, the slightly pushy could be mistaken for racist lobby workers. The beds wear uncomfortable, the building felt crooked. I know its a weird thing to say but if you are walking down the upstair hallways its like you're walking at an incline or decline.

No breakfast, no TV remote, front desk refused providing an rxtra blanket. And the size of the tiny shampoo bottle they gave me for my daughter was not even 1 0z.

location
absolutely filthy, room hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, trash had not been taken out. Beds were made so room had been “serviced.” Front desk attendant was defensive and said room had received “standard cleaning service.” we ended up leaving and booking another hotel. Would not recommend at all.

I liked the fact that there was more then two handicap parking spaces I like the fact that they took one look at my wife and seen she was handicap and put us on tbe first floor the room was clean and we relaxed it has some real good eating places close by it it quite there I was worried about that I enjoyed the snack area well stock and I like that they even shovel the ice off the sidewalk for the guest
The only things I didn't like was there was no microwave and the little icebox didn't work that was the only thing I didn't like

The online reservation stated that breakfast would be provided. Upon check in we were told that breakfast would consist of "COFFEE ONLY"!

The room appeared to be clean however I found human hair on the sheets, pillows, and floor. Was moved to another room.
After we moved to another room, there was still hair on the bedding and the floor. We also encountered another guest sitting in the hallway in his underclothing on a personal call. Most inappropriate. On the last night we stayed, another guest forced his way between my granddaughter and her boyfriend and the guest took a swing at my granddaughter's boyfriend. We just decided to move to another hotel and leave this bad experience behind us.

Nothing!
Everything, gave a smoking room. I requested handicap no smoking. The place smelled like pot at night. The lock was broken. Vending machines did not work. Beds are small. The room was small. Looked like blood stains on the wall. The door had been kicked in and not repaired very well.

Great location
Our original room was dirty. Trash hadn’t been taken out, dirty towels in bathroom, table had food crumbs all over it. When I went to complain, the front desk person told me they only clean on certain days of the week, so I guess they let their guests stay in dirty rooms. We were moved to a clean room but the hallway outside the room was dirty and not vacuumed. We didn’t use the laundry, but just walking by that room it was also filthy. The motel smelled bad. They also were unable to make keys and someone had to let us in our room. The TV remote was messed up and very difficult to get to work. We will not be back.

no breakfast. Went to restaurant for breakfast
Not counter space in bathroom or even a bench. More chairs in room. More counter space in bathroom would be nice. One extra chair in room would have been nice.
