The food was horrible. The coffee was good. The small market is way overpriced.

The property was clean. The staff was ok.

I did not like the breakfast at all. They give you either sausage or bacon, not both on the same day. The eggs the first morning were horrendous. They didn’t seem like real eggs. I didn’t feel safe eating them. They were a very weird texture and taste. The next two days were this omelette type thing which was mediocre. I stayed at another residence inn and they had multiple options for breakfast. This place only had very few protein options and waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, muffins, and danishes. All of which I can’t eat due to my dietary restrictions.

Always enjoy staying here. We don't book anywhere else when we visit Newport now, 1-2 X a year

Like having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very spacious.

Second bedroom needs a full length mirror.

Surprisingly excellent!

Everything was exceptional. Appreciated the gentleman at the check in and all the services. Breakfast was okay, but no bacon???? Regardless we will be back.

Only complaint was there was no bacon offered at your free breakfast.

Next time I’m in Rhode Island, I am coming back here.

Everything was extremely clean and the services provided were top-notch. Room was huge and immaculate upon arrival. Staff was very helpful and the amenities (pool,laundry,spa,gym) were all amazing.

I have no complaints.

location, parking availability

pool too shallow, only 4 feet deep, hot tub not working, breakfast with very poor options, scrambled eggs cold, they don’t leave the container it on. Room could be cleaner, light fixture over the eating table was disgusting, I ended up cleaning so I could eat on that table. Bellow is the before and after photo of the light fixture.

The property is conveniently located and spacious. Breakfast is good …buffet was still closed due to covid but still many choices.

Their covid restrictions on door in lobby and in our room was not updated ( dated 10/2020) staff checking in was unfriendly which is unusual as well as there was a noise complaint on our room at 1230 on a Sunday afternoon. The staff again not pleasant when I addressed the situation… I was traveling with 3 kids and it is also a pet friendly hotel…, apparently not a kid friendly hotel.
