It was beautiful
The bathroom was ugly

The staff are friendly and responsive
It’s very very tired, wall paper coming off, sheets well used, pillows lumpy, bathrooms tired.
In winter the insulation is none existent and generates drafts.
3.9
Front desk was nice
This hotel needs major remodeling and cleanness is extremely poor: the bathtub in our room was dirty, wallpaper was coming out, the room smelled bad and walls were so thin that we could hear people talking in next room
3.9
Dated. Very dusty in room. First room was loud because of inside pool air con units outside. Second room - circle saw used in courtyard at 7:30am!

Events
The furniture and rooms could have better and newer.

Location good value
Horrible staff especially the night manager

I liked that it’s a castle, that's why I took my daughter.
The place is a bit disappointing, outdated, dingy, and staff is close to non-responsive.
3.9
Comfortable Beds, good pressure in shower
Bathrrom was dirty and the shower handle fell off.

Location and facilities
The rooms were super dirty; lots of dust and bathroom with hair and dirt.

Did not have breakfast
Was there for a wedding for 2 days

the use of a lite bar was great. options were very appealing. drinks were great.
for the amount of money spent on the room, it was very much under par. the sheets were not clean-- and the bathroom was dirty and the tub was dripping the whole time we had the room. the smell of chlorine was so strong on the main floor, you could smell it in the elevators.
3.9
It's conveniently located
The A/C units were loud and couldn't adjust the fan speed. They changed me to a different room, and showed me 3 rooms, but the A/C units were all basically the same.
3.9
The room was a little dirty. The toilet was dirty, and the mirror had fingerprints on it. We noticed that the carpeting by the elevators needed to be vacuumed, and it was not vacuumed during our whole stay. You have a sign out side that is not lit up on your Sheridan sign on the building. You should get that fixed because that looks unprofessional.

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the pool, staff, restaurant and room. Will be staying at this hotel again in the near future.
Another restaurant just to have a second choice for dinner.

Outdoor architecture
AC extremely loud, room little bit out of date

Always wanted to stay in the castle, finally Got the chance. The staff Heather and Tara were professional and pleasant. Both went out of their way to help us. The young ladies at the pool were also a delight. They were accommodating and friendly.
I called the week before to make sure the restaurant was open, I was told that it wasn't. So we packed our own own food from home and brought it.
