Location

Poor service, small breakfast area and options. Wouldn’t hold our luggage like most hotels do as a common curtsy.

Great Stay Great Hotel

Absolutely the best location for going to restaurants, live music, right on Duval St parking free and perfect , receptionist was wonderful we stayed an extra night and Chara was very accomidating, letting us change rooms with no hassle also we arrived early and was called when our room was ready which worked great. Rooms were updated bed compfy pool area very nice would def stay there again when going to Key West.

Pegasus at corner of Duval

If you like to be in the center of the town, this is it! The room was OK for an old building. Room was clean.

Our room was facing the side street at the corner of Duval. But we heard everything that was going on on Duval; the people at night, the street washing trucks in the morning. The bed could have been better. When my wife turned the mattress was shaking and so was I. The bathroom was small with no room for spreading toiletries.

I will always remember with joy my stay in Key West including my stay at the Pegasus

location, room, breakfast, pool, friendliness of the staff, late check-in (por demora en la conexion desde Orlando, llegamos tarde al check-in, y lo solucionamos con una llamada telefonica), parking availability.

Pleasant stay

Pleasant room with comfy bed elevator is available that is really helpful hotel does not offer a wide range of breakfast but in general it's acceptable: eggs, toast, waffle, tea/coffee parking lot is available next block

The noise from the street is unbearable. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Overall great place to stay if you want to be close to Duvall and Mr. Z’s next door was SO good!!

It was clean, our room was perfect, and was in a great location.

Staff weren’t very friendly, breakfast was blah, expensive.

Birthday trip for three of the six at Pegasus International.

The location, the staff was polite and helpful. Upon arrival the front desk clerk were very welcoming and helpful.

That I couldn't stay longer.

I’d only stay here just to shower and maybe a nap as location is perfect if duval street and bar hoppin is your plan for

Location was perfect, blonde woman who checked me in was very sweet.

Dirty, woman’s hair strands everywhere and on the bed and dead bugs. Had room on 3rd floor close to the roof, humidity was high so floor had a constant wet film, A/C was just ok. Location perfect But bar across the street playing rap music til 4 in morning then garbage trucks and cleaner trucks. Very noisy. No sleep.

I’d like a refund for a night because of the key issue! I paid for a event I couldn’t attend because of it!

To expensive for the type of hotel an my key didn’t work an messed up a whole night because I couldn’t get in my room! Birthday plans ruined!

Perfect location and very comfortable

The location is perfect. And the rooftop area was great to hang out and look out over Duval.

The pool has no shade and was really hot. The water was uncomfortably warm. There was supposed to be a pool bar but it’s a vending machine with bottles of booze in it.

Fun place with a pool and nice breakfast Roof deck and pool were nice Great location in the middle of everything

Room and bath were just big enough Some rooms were off the roof deck which would be annoying during bad weather

A place to stay downtown.

I loved the Location.

Old- needs updated AC. I knew it was old- but… for the price I was disappointed. I have stayed in other older KeyWest hotels and they felt updated. Parking is gravel lot with speed bumps knowing that for motorcycles would have been nice.

Fair value for a fair stay at a great location.

Great central location- staff was very nice and friendly- property was clean.

The wi-fi did not work and my husband required this for work, the “poolside bar” was a booze vending machine that was out of order, security not great, doors open during the day and randos walking around looking for bathrooms, free breakfast lack- luster, hot tub not hot, uncomfortable beds-the con of being centrally located is that it is very loud at all hours.

The price on my second night stay was a hundred dollars different than the original charge.the bathroom was tiny and we faced the side of the street that was bar and band friendly so it was load until closing time.they didn't provide a smoking section anywhere outside.you had to literally leave the property

the pool heater was not working and also the heater on the jacuzzi was not working. The internet was down for a day and a half.

Disappointing

The location is good.

Too expensive for what you get. I wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it was cold as ice. The breakfast was terrible, the soap dispenser in the room was an awful liquid soap that smelled like really cheap mens cologne, and the toilet paper was thin and rough. I stayed in that hotel 9 yrs ago and it was great, but I'll never stay there again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay.

I loved the fact that you offer the breakfast and it was very tasty. Your front desk receptionist was very pleasant and made is feel welcomed. We loved our room. My kids had a blast in the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. It's a beautiful hotel.

One of the staff members my family encountered was a bit rude.
