Friendly staff
Breakfast. With one hour left the was no coffee. No milk. No toast. Only 1 packet of oatmeal. Go to Denny’s instead

It was close to a Denny's
The so called breakfast bar of the hotel

I liked the pool, small gym, and good Mexican restaurant next to the motel.
The breakfast was poor, with no bread, eggs, or pancakes even though it was listed. It was coffee/juice and prepackaged oatmeal only.

La habitacion correcta
El desayuno muy pobre, no habia ningun tipo de pan, solo algunas cosas congeladas. La pileta estaba en otro edificio complicado de usarla

Didn't get a chance to experience the facilities
That I wasn't allowed to get my room, even though I had prepaid it. I was told I arrived too late, so I forfeit my payment. That room was mine. I paid for it. It should have been mine until the checkout time!

I didn’t eat at the hotel
It is noisy. You can hear people talking, walking, doors shutting. It all seemed to quiet down after 10:30pm.

Overall was comfortable and nice stay and good food.
The pool was too strong and could only last 10 or 15 min there. Our eyes were burning so bad and making everyone including my kids nephews and nieces and this is the only downside of our experience. Otherwise thank you

The rooms were small for the price paid. There was only two pillows per bed and you could hear everything inside the room from the hallway

The noise all through the night it wasn’t the quietest but it could have been worse

The smell, the lobby doesn’t smell but when you go towards the rooms it smells moldy and humid the room needed to be aired out for more than two hours before it was okay to stay in. Will not be returning this place needs a remodel.

would have liked yogurt or eggs in addition to breakfast choices

The bed was comfortable.
The hotel was old and dirty, the front staff were preoccupied with their own conversation at checkin.

The handicap room was very clean
The carpet to the room was very dirty!

Convenience of the interstate and walking distance to Denny’s
This is a run down hotel nothing like the advertising. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and dogs were barking all the time. maintenance needs work. The sheets were itchy and the comforter is very low end. Poor breakfast unappetizing and did not eat but good coffee. Air conditioning was suffering, wifi was unavailable as it said too many people on line. Front end staff too slow!! Especially when the cards were already made and when I was checking in she then took her time to speak to a different staff member lengthening our time to check in which made me very annoyed this is unprofessional. The rooms need work. It smells old and used in hallways and the ice ran out. The only good thing was only staying there for one night.

Great staff
So noisy at nights people yelling late hours between 12-2 am

The room heat and cooling system worked well, that's about the extent of anything good in our room.
The bed was hard as a rock, pillows were super stiff and high. Didn't look like they vacuumed from previous stay, and our free amenities were not all there. One of the lamp chargers was broken. No laundry bag for wet swimsuits. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Housekeepers knocked on our door before it was even check out time, making us feel rushed.

Bed was comfortable.
Walls are extremely thin, no sound proofing whatsoever. People were running up and down the halls at all hours, neighbors upstairs were constantly screaming/,fighting, babies crying and things being thrown or dropped. Tried calling front desk both nights about the upstairs fighting and noise and my call was never answered. Not impressed with this hotel and I highly recommend any other hotel over this one.
Also the pool is shared with another hotel. Really weird, and not shared in the details when booking.

We had an amazing worker on Saturday
Walls are a bit thin and the people next door thought it was cool to be super loud at 10 pm and keep hitting our walll

Room was acceptable. Could have used a thicker blanket. It was very basic, but clean.
My door wouldn't shut on it's own and the extra security latch looked like it had been forced open at one point.

Well no coffee twice I went to lobby, didn't eat, not much of selection.
Breakfast

The idea of the bunk beds was neat but was terrible bedding and couldn’t get extra pillows.
Breakfast was horrible. The pool is separate from the hotel and run by a different hotel. There were a lot of shady and low life type of people hanging around. It felt like a cheap motel in a small town.
