Very good

Brand new rooms ,everything was super clean . The hallway and the breakfast room were a little messy because of remodeling.But despite that ,everything was perfect to us .

Comfortable and clean. Staff great!

Eggs not edible. Bacon almost raw. Brand new hose for toilet had tag and a year plus of dust. Bathroom sink faucet splashed on you. Toilet set needed to be held up to use. Room 402. Appreciate the upgrade but not liking the 80's theme.

The room was clean.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Please consider adding oatmeal, grits, toppings for the waffles and meats.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was extremely attentive, sweet and friendly. Our room was very clean

Just OK

I like the location of the hotel to the fairgrounds. I like that the staff is so nice especially Samantha at Front Desk.

I feel like when I use booking.com we get the worst room. Right behind elevator. The shower curtain was too short, water went everywhere! Lighting in bathroom is terrible (have mentioned this before). The hotel is looking tired and worn. I think next time I will try a different hotel :(

Location to Fairgrounds.

Work was being done on the side of the building right outside our window when we first arrived. It was very loud. Breakfast could include more options.

Dwayne was very helpful.

AC in room was spotty, still smelled like smoke - used Pooph & when we returned it was much better. Also lighting needs a redo.

Good for a night.

Room was a good size. Quiet. Friendly staff. Clean but some wear and tear already visible. The bacon was nice and crispy. The King bed was comfortable, the sofa pull out..was pretty miserable.

The breakfast was ok. The „waffle maker“ made something that was not a waffle and therefore the strange pancake shape/ufo shape left the inside as raw batter. 3 attempts to make them cooked all the way through and we did not get it to work for us. There was room for 2 waffle makers, but only 1 was there. The choice of breakfast foods was ok but there are better. Shower pressure was non-exist, but this is a very common issue for every US hotel we stay at.

Nothing the staff always acted as if you were disturbing them. the older night shift gentleman was cold and not very friendly

it had an opening. but the price was awful and the housekeeping was subpar towels were dingy

Great family weekend stay

The room was very clean and spacious, the front desk staff are amazing. Breakfast was very plentiful and lots of choices. Great location, great parking. No complaints

There were no sheets for the sofa bed but that was easily fixed by going downstairs and asking for them

This is a great alternative to staying at the Hard Rock Casino, which is within 2 miles.

Hotel is within 2 miles of Hard Rock Casino - where we intended to stay, however they were booked up. This was a great alternative. Clean, comfortable.

I felt this hotel was a bit too expensive.

i would give my stay a 7 out of 12. the room was decent and the location was okay, just hard to locate the entrance. i e

the property was nice. it had a nice view to it, the amenities were nice especially the complimentary breakfast. it was spacious and clean and very accessible to everywhere i had to go. was there for my grandmothers funeral

i didn’t like that it was hard to locate. i also didn’t like the fact that regular chips and drinks were over priced when the gas station was down the street selling for way less. i didn’t like how i was treated by the general manager. she was very rude and dismissive when i was asking about the double charge on my cards. i wasn’t offered any real explanation and was basically treated like i was annoying her. she couldn’t explain or find my transactions of where i was charged and because of that she started to get real flippant and nasty. i was so embarrassed and ridiculed that i didn’t even fight with her about the way i was being treated.

The hotel is nice, good location, 3-5min drive to the casino. The mall was nice and not that far as well

Only one thing, the people in the next room was playing loud music 3am and making a lot of noise, while trying to sleep.

Was satisfied with the stay.

Breakfast was good. Check-in clerks had great customer service. Was able to get a handicap accessible room at the last minute.

The fact that daily room cleaning is only offered if you request it the night before was a bummer, considering the price we paid. At arrival the sink in wasn't draining properly, when I asked for someone to check it out, it wasn't followed through until I asked again the next day.
