Won’t stay there again due to AC issues

The water view & location.

The air conditioning in my room barely kept the room under 75 degrees. It was a very miserable sleep.

Overall rooms were clean/nice. Breakfast was great. We will be back again next year.

Breakfast was hot. Different things to pick from. Rooms were nice and clean. Location is perfect. Patio area with the fire is nice.

Refrigerator in room didn't get very cold. Pool was small.

Mostly ok, but encountered a roach. 😬

I loved the location. It was close to things that kept our transitting very concise. I loved all the staff except for one front desk worker that was dismissive to an issue we had. The pool was very nice and beds are very comfortable.

When we arrived, within 15 mins of being in the room, a house roach emerged from behind the TV. We immediately grabbed our things and notified the front desk. They accommodated us by moving us to a new room. The front desk employee made note of our issue for the owner to speak with us when they arrived the next morning, but despite us checking with the front desk 5 separate times over 2 days to see if the owner was in, they never did speak with us. We were told the room we were moved to was an upgrade to pool view, so they assumed that was accommodating enough after finding a live pest in their guest room. Mind you, we paid almost $400 to stay for 2 nights. So I wasn't very pleased. Also, because we booked with booking.com instead of direct, we couldn't be refunded immediately to move to a new hotel all together. We were unable to expense another $400+ stay elsewhere on the spot and had to stay there despite my skin crawling from finding a live roach. Considering the owner made no attempt to speak with us, nor comp any expense, made me feel as though this may be a common problem. 😕

Check in was easy, breakfast was good, beds comfortable. Even though it was cool and breezy at night we enjoyed the firepit.

AC unit was noisy, had to be addressed by maintenance twice. Bathroom could use some updating- toilet is not ADA height.

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Navarre! Friendly/helpful staff, good location with plenty of restaurants near by. Wish the weather was a little better but oh well we made the best of it. Would definitely stay there again.

Superb

This is a fantastic location! Super friendly front desk staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have an amazing view. I will definitely be staying here again. The pool is heated which was great for this windy day. Even after you leave the beach you don't have to feel like your vacation is over. With multiple seating areas near the water, this location doesn't disappoint.

Price increase and all the pre-wrapped cups were opened.

If you are okay not staying on Navarre Beach, this is a very nice hotel on the inlet. Located close to the bridge.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was excellent.

The best hotel in Navarre!

We love the location. The staff is amazing! The grounds are well kept. We loved the heated pool. They had a really nice breakfast in the mornings. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. This was our 2nd year in a row for spring break. It's the only place we will ever stay!

There was nothing negative to say about our stay at all.

We had a very pleasant stay here. I highly recommend it and would come again.

Great selection of tasty breakfast foods with hot and cold options. Everything was so clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly and attentive to keeping the food stocked.

I can't think of anything that was lacking.
