Facilities were good. Excellent location close to historical part of town. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. The host, Monica was very helpful with advise and providing services.

The location was superb! Literally 150m away from the old town that is just magical ❤️. The owner was so kind and helpful and the room was clean. Good selection of food for breakfast, would be lovely if traditional Matera bread would be served as well 🙂. Absolutelly recommend you stay at this place, price performance is unbeatable!
If you come by car, parking will be an issue. due to proximity to the old town, but don’t lose your nerves, drive around a bit and you can find a free spot.

Great location, 2 minutes walking distance from Parlombaro Lungo, allowing also for easy parking (very flexible parking owner, found a solution for us to park at 1 a.m.!).
The rooms were sparkling clean and the breakfast amazing: local products of great variety and quality, home-made stuff, coffee prepared according to our wishes and served in a cute dining room that made us feel as we were visiting a beloved aunt.
The young girl who runs the bnb is the asset of the place. Warm-hearted, kind by nature, efficient and flexible, she waited for us to check-in at 1 a.m., prepared the fantastic breakfast and gave us great tips. We are really grateful!
Don't expect much regarding decoration and room space. We needed two twin rooms and the only option was with a big double bed and a single one, limiting the space, but this should be fine for a family. The bathroom is modern and spacious though.
Consider bringing a socket adaptor but you can also buy one near by for 2 euro.

Everything was top! Parking the car was a little bit challenging but everything else was great. Especially the location!

Too many sweets in the breakfast.
Check-out at 10:00am.This is too early.

Absolutely outstanding! Room was large, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Hosts spoke English and were very willing to provide information and catered our request to have breakfast (which was an excellent selection of fruit, yoghurt, pastries and antipasti) socially distanced from all other guests due to my parents' age. The location is within a few hundred metres of the old town (i.e. as close as you can reasonably stay to the Old Town and park. If possible, I'd request a room facing the picturesque garden at the rear of the property.
It can take some time and patience finding a parking space on the streets close to the property. However, this is the same with any accommodation located within walking distance of the old town all over Puglia. If you want private or quiet on street parking, the trade-off is staying further away from the old town.
