The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. It was a quiet atmosphere.
Wish I had more towels. I do understand that if you are staying multiple days you should let the desk know if you need more towels. Other than that, no complaints.

Front desk staff is friendly. There is an IHOP a 1 minute walk from your room which offers cheap and good breakfast/lunch/dinner. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.
Room had a musty smell. It wasn’t bad enough to ruin the stay, but you can definitely smell it, especially when you first enter the room. You get used to it after a while in the room though and is no longer noticeable. Toilet and bathtub could use some renovations, they were clean, but had stains in areas. Seating area for working on laptop is not the most comfortable (it’s a wooden chair with no cushion). Personally, I think it’s a bit pricey for what you get, but not terribly so.

Absolutely nothing about this place is a like.
This place is full of prostitudes and drug dealers living there. No breakfast , wifi for the cost. The rooms in the pictures are definitely not what you get.

Roaches in the room

We arrived, but found that, first, the local governments still house homeless people in motels, a COVID-era policy which I would think would have ended by now, and which makes for a grubby, distasteful atmosphere, and second, that the place was in dire need of upgrade. I don't require frills, but this was disgusting. Worst of all, we got in the room and there was a cockroach on the bed. The clerk at the front desk was very nice and sympathetic and horrified, and refunded us the money with no trouble, but the management of the place ought to be ashamed.

The hotel was right off the highway. Easy on and off
Noise level was very high. Parties going on in the rooms. People hanging around in the parking lot and hallways. Drinking and drug use. This was in the 11:30pm - 3 am time frame.

This was the worst hotel I've even been to. Called customer care and filled a complaint, and no one ever called me back.

Heater/aircon working well
Abundant supply of water
Cartoons on tv which my son enjoyed
There were people fighting/yelling outside at night and we could not sleep
