Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful grounds and very helpful and kind staff. I especially loved all of the wood work throughout the hotel! Overall, Accommodations were excellent.

Location
Murphy bed only taking up most space in the room not made clear on booking site
Pool construction right outside our room early morning cement truck Mexican music playing loudly, men yelling banging
4.3
Good standard of accommodation, although studio room is quite small. Enjoyed our stay here, and a good base to explore Taos and the wider area.
The pool was not open. The first photo on Booking.com of this place was of the pool, but the pool was not open for our stay, and would be out of action for some time.

It was a very nice and clean place to stay! Very pretty.
We were never given towels each day. We always had to go to the desk to ask.

location, friendly professional welcome,

Great location, easy walking distance to the Plaza, clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom was in good order, nice lobby, everything worked.
It was a bit corporate and formal for our tastes. After a long day on the road and much driving, staff were giving us the side-eye when we went to check in. I suppose we should have dressed less like derelicts?
4.3
Very efficient use of space in the rooms! (a murphy bed folded up into the wall, I wasn't expecting that but it was cool) And, the pillows were simply divine - the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on, possibly (I really wanted to take one with me, or find out where to get one just like it! :)
The lobby was spacious and attractive. Ample parking. Excellent location walkable to the downtown plaza shops and restaurants.
The door to the balcony locks when closed behind you, so you could potentially get stuck out there (not sure how to use the balcony except by leaving the door open). Fitness room could use some free weights, there were only cardio machines and the stationary bike was broken.
4.3
Perfect location. Slightly off the road for extra peace & quiet. Room had kitchenette, always appreciated. Balcony with decent view.
The Murphy bed was a bit small (I'm a tall one). Too bad hot tub was under renovation. Nothing to with me but the locals are bummed bc this used to be a hotel with public lobby and nightlife, but now Wyndham is for guests only.

had separate public kitchen available to cook and refrigerator to store other items. also large DVD collection since they did not have tv available to connect to our firestick and had dvd player and other games. wanted to use pool table but did not have time. nice fireplace in separate public areas to read and good weights and gym equipment labeled with exercises to do with weight ball and mat.
no hit jacuzzi available

Location and grouds
Well locked on the balcony for 5 hours and had to jump to a Aspen tree to get down.
Doors lock automatically when closed from out side.
Results 10 stitches in my hand

Nicest hotel staff I have ever experienced! exceeded my expectations.
The bed was a Murphy bed so when it was pulled out of the wall, space was kind of tight.
4.3
Our suite was clean, spacious, and very well appointed. The property is within convenient walking distance of in town attractions and convenient to main roads for driving to other attractions. The staff provided excellent communication before and during the stay.
4.3
Suite with Murphy bed was very spacious and 2 full bathrooms were great for getting ready! Kitchenette had mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, teas, etc. Room clean, towels clean, and front desk folks were very nice and helpful.
Balcony door locks when closed and has spring hinges, so it's very easy to get locked out of your room. There is no card reader on the balcony door. Would have been nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony without fear of getting stranded out there.
4.3
The hotel had very large well appointed and clean rooms with comfortable beds and was only a short walk onto town.
4.3
Della and Patricia were phenomenal!!! They were funny, helpful, and the absolute highlight of our entire weekend stay. Hotel was lovely, I slept like a baby on Benadryl! The town sucks, but staying here was fantastic.
I have zero dislikes about staying here. Not one. Even the hallway carpet was so squishy I took my shoes off to enjoy it.

No breakfast included
Tough to find the property on the street, we couldn’t find a clearly posted sign and street address.
You should include the local, Taos office phone number on the reservation, not just a corporate office phone number.
4.3
well located.
Went onto the balcony, door closed behind me, husband & friends had gone out on a trip and I was locked out for over an hour. No phone, shoes or jumper - so very dangerous had this happened during the evening. I’m a 68 yr old fit woman but hypothermia would have been my concern. Hotel quiet, had to scream at distant passerby who alerted reception staff. Very dangerous- be aware!
4.3
Beautiful facility with lots of amenities. Excellent customer service and within walking distance of the museum, restaurants and Taos town center.
This is not an issue with the hotel but Google Maps. The hotel is located directly behind the Fechin House museum and you have to go through the museum lot to get there. Google maps has you turn down another street.
4.3
Liked the suite. Perfect amount of space for 2 people.
Hot tub was closed. Towel hanger in bathroom broke early on.
4.3
The room was spacious and the kitchen and fridge were great to have.

Upon arrival I mentioned to Kirsten ( front desk supervisor) that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. She asked my husband what he would wanted, dessert or something special that he would like to celebrate his birthday with. The next day she gave us a gift certificate to have for breakfast which was so unexpected. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home especially Kristin. Thank you Kristin for your exceptional customer service we greatly appreciate everything you did for us.
All the amenities were closed due to covid.

Great location walkable to Taos Plaza and Kit Carson Park, easy drive to the mountain for skiing. Guest kitchen is closed for covid but they loaned out electric skillets and crockpota for free. There's an awesome grill on the patio that's free for guests and the Guest laundry is free as well!
4.3
Very clean, quiet, and good location.
Bedroom was very cold, and if we turned up thermostat, it caused too much dry air. Made it uncomfortable to breath and sleep. Will bring my humidifier next time
4.3
Our bed was too soft and lumpy

beautiful public spaces.
