Good! Be better next time!

The aesthetic lodge was amazing.

The miscommunication! They didn't inform me that pool is closed. They changed spa hours while waiting outside the spa to use it.

front desk staff was not very welcoming when arriving and leaving, they almost seemed inconveniened.

Great stay at whiteface lodge

Amenities, size and comfort of room, great spa, game room and common areas

Room didn’t seem to be prepared when I checked in. Only 1 robe while reservation was for 4 guests, no tissue box, no sponge, used towels left in dryer. No cups for water in the pool area. During previous stays the property was better kept and didn’t run into these issues.

Superb

The room, spa massage, breakfast pool

Kaneau restaurant. The waitress didn't pack up the leftovers, she gave us the containers. My husband asked her 3 times to clean the table prior to dessert. She gave him a dirty look and walked away. She kept us waiting for 15 minutes. Finally, we got up and asked for our check. My husband didn't leave a tip, but a $10 tip appeared on our bill.

A wonderful stay

Huge 1 bedroom suite with with kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. They must have good insulation between rooms because I did not hear a peep from any of our neighbors. Pools and grounds are beautiful. Perfect for families. The valet guys and housekeepers were super helpful and friendly.

A couple of the front desk receptionists were not the friendliest and didn't seem happy to be there.

Our previous stays felt a little more welcoming and we were tended to much better.

Breakfast was nice, the pool and movie theater.

Shuttle to bring guests to Canoe Club, but couldn’t have the shuttle for going down to the main village. I got violently ill from Kanu’s mussels.

mémorable!! strongly recommend!!

the facilities are amazing. the staff is incredible, helpful and sooo nice! everybody is smiling and welcoming. the multitude of available activities are very enjoyable. the little things added make a huge difference; smores, cookies, coffee, popcorn. it’s a huge added value!! felt at home in a beautiful environment!!

Perfect.

We walked the property and loved the grounds. We relaxed in the hot tub and pool and we enjoyed making s'mores by the campfire and waiting for the sun to set in one of the lean to's by a wonderful fire. Dinner was spectacular. Our craft cocktails were perfect and the house potato chips with warm onion dip were to die for.

My husband and I had an amazing time and already plan to visit again next year!

The property was exactly what I was envisioning! So many things to do that you didn’t even have to leave.

Robes weren’t soft Having a fan in the closet would be nice for air circulation and white noise while sleeping

The property is beautiful and serene. There is so much to do on property that is included… game room, bowling, movies, kayaking etc! So fun and easy

Outstanding in every way

The Whiteface Lodge is an exceptional property with unseen attention to details. Every aspect is designed to please the eye and is “real” when it comes to the materials used. Having visited hundreds of hotels around the world, the Whiteface Lodge makes my Top 3.

One of the rare trips without any complaints.

Very good

Clean. The pool was very nice. A little pricey considering many amenities were not available due to Pandemic.

Oddly there was a washing machine in our room but no dryer. Why ?
