Good price

I found bug in the bathroom.There was no breakfast eventhough is advertized.I will never buy a hotel without breakfast so it was very dissapointing.

Gross, cockroaches everywhere.

The staff members were very nice.

There were cockroaches literally crawling on us in our first room, even with the lights on. The cockroaches were crawling all over the walls. We went to the front desk and they switched us into another room (on the 2nd floor) and there were less cockroaches but the first thing I saw when I went into the bathroom was a cockroach crawling across the floor. There were large sections of the walls missing in the halls and the rooms did not feel clean. There were things smeared on the walls (looked like when we were squishing the roaches). It felt very unsanitary. We literally only got maybe 3 hours of sleep (we slept with the lights on and fell asleep out of pure exhaustion). It was too late at night to find another hotel, so we were basically stuck.

Location

The building is run down. Wires hanging from the ceiling, holes in the wall, the smell, it sounded like someone was doing construction all night.

Comfortable

Convenient..close to airport and food.

The room was comfortable but the hallways are clearly under construction….Smell of smoke.

Never stay here. Ever.

We left within 2 min of being there the staff was very immapropriate, sketchy, the lights didn’t work and our key didn’t work the staff had to manually unlock our room. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The entire experience was horrible. Scary. Ran out with our suitcases thinking our lives were in jeopardy

Good for a turn and burn but not for families.

The room was clean for the most part and bed was very comfortable. The location was great.

I had no towels in my room called down to the front desk to request towels and he said he would bring them up. Waited an hour and a half with no service called back and he stated oh Im busy your gonna need to come down. When I ask why didnt you just say that when i called he hung up. I head down to the front to get my towels he is sitting there playing on his phone not busy at all. He gave me the towels I asked for an extra one I was given the 3rd degree for an extra towel !!!! He still didnt give it to me he gave me a floor towel and told me there where no washclothes. When I go to get in the shower there was a used washcloth hanging in the shower smh.

Worse place I've ever stayed and I was in the Military!!!!!

There is nothing that I liked about the stay at this ROACH HOTEL. I barely slept and isn't sleep the reason you get a hotel?

When I booked my room online it said the room would be $71 but when I got there the desk clerk tried to charge me $173. He keep saying I had to pay that and if I just left they would charge my card anyhow. When I showed him my booking confirmation he decided he would give me the room for the $71. While in my room I had a COCKROACH crawling on the wall next to the headboard. I asked to use an iron to press a shirt and the iron cord was filthy and the iron plate had some residue that got on my shirt (possibly ruining it). When I brought up these issues (and showed the pictures I took of the cockroach, iron, and my shirt) to the desk clerk he acted liked these were things that happen normally there. There was supposed to be breakfast (I called when I made the booking and was told there was) but when I got there and asked about it, the desk clerk said they had started it back up after COVID but then shut it back down. I feel I should have gotten a cheaper rate since I paid for a hotel with breakfast and didn't get it.
