It was a nice comfy stay

Nice employees and cleanliness and spacious room

For me I didn’t see anything for the price it was a great stay n I will stay again when im back up that way

Something quick & fast the receptionist was nice enough to give us a different room

Nothing….this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not include this in your portfolio.

Poor access to rooms….dark stairwell to rooms…paper thin towels…noisy guests…just the worst.

A real disappointment when expecting a five star value.

What breakfast? Location directly on and facing main thoroughfare. Room pre-occupied by mosquitoes. Bathroom linens threadbare. Soap inadequate. Rated five star, truly scarcely merits two.

Most every aspect of the experience.

You could easily spot it

The room had a weird smell at first, the tv barely worked, and my daughter and I was placed in the back of the building on the ground floor and we saw two roaches.

It was pretty big room

The room was very basic for almost $100 Night and on the second night it was a shooting next door and the police never arrived.

Like I said, didn't stay. Cancelled reservation after checking in, walking to room, and seeing room

Everything. Thought this could be an inexpensive local place and a change from chain hotel but cancelled the reservation after arriving and seeing room. Some mafioso types of various nationalities were hanging around the reception area giving me a once over when I arrived to check in around 10:00 PM. Both Russian and Spanish were being spoken. Hotel staff smoked in reception area. Walking along the second floor balcony to my room seeing the environs didn't think myself or my car would survive the night. No elevator and thought the dark stairway in back was not good for personal safety. Pool in back was filled in with dirt. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Bed cover had cigarette burns. Reaction to the room was this is the kind of place you get bedbugs and I didn't want to find out the hard way. Picture they have of a room on your website must be some kind of show room. Receptionist seemed understanding when I came back to cancel. Said they were unlikely to have another room that didn't smell of cigarette smoke. Your website should have a warning about this place. Go for the chain hotels in the area as I eventually found a room in one of those.
