The quaint motel is homey and comfortable with warm hospitality.

The motel was very homey. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, offering to provide things like plates, forks, ice, etc. The room had the basics including a fridge, microwave and coffee maker (with coffee provided).

The shower was not as hot and strong as I like, but I feel that way about most of the places where I stay on trips.

Clean, comfortable, great value and very enjoyable stay!

Luisa was very kind and welcoming. She made great suggestions for nearby restaurants and was eager to assist us in any way. She bought us bags of ice. The room was spotless, large and very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and we had a great sleep.

Cute, clean, and comfy short stay with everything we needed.

Super clean and well kept despite the age of the property. Yes this is an older motel and it shows but not in a bad way. It is super comfy and clean. I found it charming. And just when you think it is more of a dated vibe - you walk into a bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and new fixtures. I definitely thought it was a perfect stop on our way. Luisa was the perfect host - informative, helpful, and so friendly.

The smoking area - but I am not a smoker so that is not a surprise.

Comfortable, welcoming and quiet.

Louisa, the owner, is dedicated to ensuring guests are happy with their stay at her property. Other reviewers have marveled at her kind and welcoming persona, and we can add our appreciation. Our room was not large, but was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

We have no complaints.

Superb

We especially liked both of the owners. They are super sweet and helpful. They even cared if we had dinner already. The room was furnished in an older style with worn-out furniture but it was very clean and we felt great there. There was a little kitchen with a coffee maker. We would recommend this place for sure.

Refrigerator, ceramic coffee cups, comfortable bed, small dining table and chairs, large closet area

The carpet was old, looked dirty. Coffee pot too small.

Adorable hostess at an affordable price!

The lady that checked us in, Luisa, was very adorable and very very sweet. Rooms were quiet and clean, about on par for the price range. Nice touches, little candies left out etc made this extra special.

The rooms were basic fare but to be expected at this price range. The TV's weren't the greatest either but again, that's to be expected at this price point.

Everything so clean and quiet the lady in office made sure that if things wernt satisfactory let her know the shower was great my room was ready was able put my luggage in

I loved this property! The beds were comfy, the towels were soft, and the service was wonderful. The location was conveniently close to town, but enough out of the way that it felt private and cozy.

I do not have anything that I didn't like about my stay. There was a slight issue with the toilet, but as soon as I notified the manager, she had it fixed later that day, and was courteous in all of our communication, including the phone call to let me know that it was fixed.

Room was spacious , very clean and affordable. Staff was wonderful and helpful. During our 12 day roadtrip, and 5 different accommodations The Golden West motel in Klamath Falls, OR was absolutely the best choice we made after traveling through 5 states, ID, MT, WY, WA and Oregon.

All was wonderful.
