A decent motel in a somewhat questionable location

Friendly staff, on site live in manager and staff to attend to your needs.

The area itself is not the best, much traffic on 6th Street where it's located, and many transients are present, mainly at night.

Best stay an place to relax.

The place perfectly located close to our reason for being in Klamath Falls, OR. To begin with an the staff onsite were amazing people highly recommending to friends an family.

Didn't dislike any part of the facility it was amazing can't wait to make another reservation.

I won't be staying here again

worst bed I've ever slept in half of the light bulbs were burnt out I was afraid to use the stove the provided cookware was disgusting the bedding was no where near comfortable and not enough to keep me warm

What a dump

This place is a dump. The room we were given looked nothing like the pics online. As soon as we walked in it remakes of cigarette smoke. We pulled back the bed covers to reveal stained sheets. The mattresses are very soft, thin, and old. The a/c unit exhaust in one bedroom had tape used to secure it. We left after 20min, simply didn’t feel safe staying there with all the loitering in the parking lot. They refused to give me a refund, but my cc card company came through, thank goodness! It’s priced low & reflects that in person. We thought it was an hourly motel for adult activities, based on the foot traffic on the property, cigarette smoke wading in the air, and vibe of the place.

Perfect for a night on the road if you want to eat in.

kitchen was very good. So was lightinv throughout. proprietor was super nice.

It definitely wasn’t fancy, but we were fine with that. Brd was comfortable.

Pleasant stay in old building.

Our room was huge with a full kitchen. We liked the ground floor room assignment. The bed was excellent, and so was the comfy recliner. Bathroom was big and nicely renovated with both tub and shower. Room was clean. The owner was very kind and helpful.

This is a very old building, and the outside leaves a disappointing impression. Although there were dishes in the large kitchen, we couldn't find any flatware/silverware.

Don't Book Here It's a Dump

Pros: good water pressure, good location (across Albertson's and a cheap gas station), and spacious room. Good sound proving in the room.

Opted for the upgraded room with a full kitchen and paid $480 + 9.5% tax for 3 nights (9A). Ended up as a nightmare... I was afraid to even rest since I didn't want to touch anything. My husband had to clean the table, the kitchen sink, the pot (3 times!) and utensils before using them. And we had to use our own 3M sponge since there was none. We also had to flush the toilet about 10 times in order to get rid of the green mold. This is one of my worst motel experiences. I hope the owner will use some od the profits from my stay to fix some of these. Stay away.

“Tiny” & the owner were fabulous! Kind & attentive! I loved the terry cloth windshield towel. Nice touch!!!

We were pleased! No problems! The property is a little dated BUT that adds to the charm👍

Good stay in Klamath Falls

Comfort, amenities, one of the best places I’ve stayed for a pet.

Blinds at kitchenette window did not work. Would be nice to have a small rug for pet — or bring your own. It is on a very noisy street, but surprisingly, did not notice at night.

We really enjoyed staying here. Restaurants were very close. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

Parking was tight. Kind of difficult to get turned around to get out.

I just needed to sleep and keep driving the next day, it was perfect for that

Large room and comfy bed. Lots of food options nearby although most were closed when I arrived. I had a taco bell right outside my door, I felt one with the Taco Hell.

My room was right behind the front desk, and the employee lived in the unit above me so I heard her walking around and moving furniture. I could also hear them talking on the phone at the front desk, I didnt hear anything after 10pm so it wasnt bad just not optimal.
