Appalled that Booking.com does not have updated information regarding closures of hotels - and yet charges £200 to stay

There was nothing to like, when I arrived it was boarded up and closed down!

I didn’t like that it was a condemned building!

Very disappointing. Stay worst breakfast ever no fruit.

Rundown, dirty, inconvenient, inaccessible, handicap, accessible from the room upstairs could not get to lobby to go outside from room had to go outside the building and use front door which is not having a handicap ramp inside building stairs to lobby available or ramp . Made reservation online. Wife went into check in and they told her that there was no rooms available for the reservation. Then they said that the room was dirty so we would have to go to the Hilton on the other side of town at our expense, but they had no rooms yet upon giving them my reservation number they found that they had a that was ready all along. Do not know what the game they were playing was.

Clean, comfortable, and the reasonably good value.

Convenient to interstate 64 and only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte.

A little tricky, finding the entrance, even though it is immediately beside I 64. It appears that it’s getting near time to clean the hall carpets. -2nd floor room was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was cold and area unattended. Carpet in hallway was dirty and needed cleaning or replacement. Front desk staff was great.

breakfast was ok.

Room smelled dank like feet and old popcorn. Why there are not venting fans in the bathrooms of Comfort Inns is a disturbing mystery. Laundry area is a great idea, but this room was scary and it had no vending machine for detergent.

Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient

Unattractive main hall with old looking furniture. Dirty looking floor. Broken ice machine. No outside place to sit or lounge. Gym was not clean. Not enough towels.

bed was comfortable. breakfast was good.

toilet was plugged when we arrived. we waited over an hour after reporting it to the front desk and no one every showed up to fix it. we requested and were moved to another room. location was very difficult to get to due to the road construction. better signage on the road would have saved us from missing the entrance and having to back track.

Booked thru booking.com changed reservation your property charged.me twice once for a no show & for the actual night we stayed I have confirmation that the booking was changed and you charged us anyway I’ve left word for the manager to call me twice but no response

couldn’t control the temperature in my room. The staff was under trained and unable to assist with multiple functions including taking messages, documentation, follow-up, refunding a security deposit, addressing request for partial refund.
