Short notice needed a room thought this would be a good one but didn’t meet our expectations at all

I had a room that out side the noise was bothering me and I asked for anouther room and it was no problem I got new room and slept great.

I would never stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was limited. The location of the hotel was poor.

I thought it was a dirt hotel, the worst I have stayed in. Very sorry I booked it. Even secure was poor. Back door access was taped so a key was not needed.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Customer service was seriously lacking, room had a heavy odor of old stale cigarette smoke and funk, toilet was broken so you had to jiggle the handle to stop it from running, overcharged for a room I did not book, not a handicap friendly facility, beds were too high, power went out for 4 hours resulting in my boyfriend falling down the stairs and getting hurt, no emergency light or back up generators for quest safety. Pitting a ha dicap woman. With a walker on the second floor with no elevators only stairs, very poor management and staff that does not care about customer safety or concerns Very dirty run down facility.

It was decent enough to stay overnight during our travel but I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

We loved how friendly everyone was and the bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t the cleanest property, we had a mouse in our room. And the floors were pretty dirty. My daughter also had a bad experience during breakfast her milk was curdled.

location was good and room was nice.

Swimming pool wasn’t opened. My request to check in early that morning was never acknowledged and I was much charged extra to check in at the time I had arrived.

Price was reasonable

Room was very sparsely furnished. It looked like there may have been water damage to the ceiling. Heard neighbor's TV all night, and there was a dog barking. Breakfast was so-so. The TV has bad static on the network channels.

Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is ROUGH. Under construction. Lots of sketchy activity and people hanging around, going in and out of hotel. Had a non-smoking room, which smelled like smoke, mold, and some God- awful strong scented perfume to cover up the smoke. Carpet was stained terribly in room. Breakfast was limited to cereal and waffles. Overall, I didn't feel safe at all, the smell of the room was nauseating, and the cleanliness was way sub-par.

The room was ok. It took a long time for the hot water to get to the sink/shower (>5 min) Appreciated the fact they accommodated changing the room to a non-smoking as we booked a smoking by mistake.

The breakfast was not as stated In the listing on Booking.com as being "good". it was passable at best. The waffle maker was out of order and other choices were not great. The hallways and dining area smelled musty. Ceiling in dining area showed evidence of problems with roof leakage and showing what might be mold. Looks like the management is addressing roof concerns as new roofing was in progress. Hopefully they will also be looking at mold remediation after the roof is fixed.

worst place to stay in Bluefield!!

the location is the reason and it was a place my wife’s family has used in the past for family reunions. never again!!

shower curtains were ripped and soiled. the toilet was so small it was like child’s Toilet. stains on the ceiling. No elevator.

Good breakfast and large room. Easy to get to town and the university.

Hotel is old. Needs a major make over. Old carpets. Door for the bathroom is falling apart. Needs a lot of attention. It could be a really beautiful facility in the future.

Rooms was clean,beds were comfortable. Very peaceful stay.and enjoyed the breakfast, love the waffle machine 😋

Needed for one night. Room clean & comfy. Security did not seem to be a priority.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were lacking.

Outside side door had lock removed. Anyone had access. Parking lot was very dark. It did not give a feeling of safety.

Very dirty, carpets dirty, walls dirty, bathroom gross, out dated, staff was nice, breakfast was blah Checked out a day early, Find out I could not get a refund for the day since I booked it through booking.com. I will not be using the service again.
