Location
Breakfast was not included and expensive for the style of breakfast that is generally free at most other hotels.

Clean and comfortable room
Construction in rooms around us. Breakfast is the same every day, not any variety.

The breakfast was haw full, the waiter , service, food was the worse I ever had in a hotel
It was empty
All the hotel vlients must have the same bad experience than me I will post it

Proximity to convention center
No decent food nearby. City is a pit, at least what we seen. Parking is a joke. Credit cards required is a joke.

It was clean. Toiletries were provided.
When I checked in, I was told that there were no more double rooms available (rooms with 2 queen sized beds), so they gave a room with one king bed and a roll away bed even though I booked the room 6 months ago. Was not refunded for the inconvenience. Pillows were also very uncomfortable.

Bed was great. Room was clean and each day I appreciated a set of clean towels
I wasn't told when I checked in that I was being assigned to a handicaped room. With so many handicaped individuals attending our conference who could have used or appreciated a handicaped room. I wasn't given the option

Thought the gym area was clean and had plenty of good options for working out
As always, cost less

Check-in
Pictures online did not depict property accurately. Room was small and had slight smoke smell. Bathroom was tiny and shower walls were discolored from lack of proper cleaning. A ton of extraneous noise including what sounded like a pipe auger running above us on a Sunday morning at 9AM.

Expensive Parking fee. facilities kind of old

Just a fine and classy place.
Beyond my budget range

I booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived to check in we were told because of booking the room with booking.com they did not have to guarantee us that room. We were given a room with two double beds instead and charged the same amount. The girl at the desk was not friendly or helpful whatsoever.

Very nice hotel, had a large bar and restaurant inside. Able to buy snacks & alcohol & checkout yourself. Staff was great and the room was very clean. They also had soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower on the wall in large bottles.
We were there for a dinner dance and they wouldn't give us the union price since the rooms were all booked, so we had to pay a higher cost even though they still had rooms available and on top of it we paid for breakfast which would have been in the price of the union room.

Great location, friendly helpful staff
For the money(close to $500), the bed was awful. Very uncomfortable for both of us

As soon as your walk in it is beautiful and smells divine. Such friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early.
Great working spaces.
The bed.... oh was the bed ever lush and comfortable!
The shower was heavenly!!! The small added touches like my name on the tv as a welcome and goodbye didn't go unnoticed. We will be staying here everytime we come back to our fave city!
Not one complaint:)
