It was quiet and scenic on the waterfront side. I most likely would not have enjoyed the street facing side.
Paying $17 for parking that was not gated nor protected from public exposure was ridiculous.

Due to transportation issues, I was very early. Like 0900 early. But Miss Kayla was a life saver. As a courtesy she got me checked in at 0900! I could have cried honestly, as I had just arrived from Seattle via a 24 hour train ride.
Rooms were clean and house keeping made sure I always had clean towels and linens.
Bathroom was huge and I loved the shower as well as the soaking tub.
Breakfast was good and I never left the day hungry.
Gym was basic with some cardio equipment and some cable weights. Got the job done.
Location toward the freeway didn't look the most aesthetic but the rooms facing the water were quiet and serene with a view of SF in the distance.
I couldn't stay longer!

Price was good and the water side view was nice .
Front desk staff was not very helpful. Only a few of them were but they were not always on duty. Any time we asked for something, they were not seemingly friendly and made it seem like they did us a favor.

breakfast was little but still good

Gorgeous view of the bay. Comfortable beds. Really large room and very helpful staff.
It was kind of expensive, but that's to be expected in the bay area.

Breakfast was tasty, multiple choices (eggs, bacon, waffles etc.) and having breakfast with a gorgeous view of the bay was lovely.
A basketball team staying there was pretty noisy above our heads late at night.

the staff was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. 10 minutes away from the Oakland arena which was perfect for our trip.

We stayed in a large double queen room with water view. The room was so spacious and clean. Nice bed size and very nice bathroom. Staff were so nice and super friendly. They had free coffee/hot chocolate machine at the lobby!
Bathroom lock didn't work but not a big deal. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing but okay. They had waffle maker which was excellent but no self- served sausages or scramble eggs or fruits. They had biscuits with sausage patty and eggs or with some other stuff inside already pre-wrapped and choice of cereals. My daughter likes sausage links and she was very disappointed but overall okay.

Me and my husband decided to take a quick vacation for our anniversary and Best Western Plus Bayside, made our vacation one unforgettable experience. Staff text me hours before we arrived asking for any request and I did make a few, so when we arrived she had fulfilled and exceeded all our expectations, our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with a romantic view.

Front end worker at the desk was very rude upon checkout. Younger lady with red/orange hair seemed irritated in helping us return hotel key cards after we missed seeing the drop off box on the wall.
