DON'T DO IT!!!

Shower was hot. A\C was cold. Good coffee

Old, dirty, SMELLED LIKE WEED, lock system was broken, couldn't use the coffee pot, the cups were not wrapped, the shampoo bottle was used(which makes me question the cleaning of everything else,staff on their phones... ambivalent to the customer, DEFINITELY in need of maintenance, not even close to their pictures ,

We lost our$88.00, because we left and didn't stay as it was discusting! Drove 8 hours back home.

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant, but everything after that was discusting!

The hallways smelt awful, The room air condiioning was not turned on in the heat so it was stiffling hot, The comfortors had holes in them, the sheets were stained. The rooms we saw were not fit for human inhabitaton!

location was good.

the hotel is in need of updates/repairs. our hinged door lock was completely broken off and not there, the shower had no water pressure and the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. there was hair that was not ours in the bath tub and stuck on the shower wall. there was a coffee pot in our room but only 1 packet of regular coffee and no cream or sugar. we only had 2 small pillows on our bed but the staff was great when we asked for a couple more. the “breakfast” is available if you want a waffle otherwise the restaurant next door is really good. over all for the price it was a decent stay.

Disgusting, dirty, nasty. Don't do it.

Room was FILTHY. Bedspread had a huge sticky dried puddle of something dark on it. Bedskirt had crusty white fluid on it. There were very small 2 pillows on the king size bed, and two towels in the room. No cups, soap or hand towels. The tv was covered in some type of white crusty dried fluid and the floor was sticky and filthy. Every surface of the room was filthy. The smell of the entire building was offensive. We asked for a refund and left.

Nothing the staff stole my cash deposit AND TOOK 100 from my credit card

Horrible customer service unable to keep track of their paperwork. One person doesn't know what the other is doing. Zero team work

Staff were super kind and helpful

Gretchen was amazing at reception, let us know about things to do in the area, gave us a print out and also told us about places to eat.

Strong smoke smell and there were some marks on the bed. Lighting was a little odd. Was a little out of the way but this was not the property's fault.

cleaning staff needs to do better or rooms needs to be checked.

the price and easy to get to location

my room was not cleaned well. the sink and faucet was covered in men’s shaved hair clippings and the toilet was not wiped down on the outside and there was urine down the front of the bowl. No complaints about the bed, it was clean, and very comfortable.

Close enough to the concert we were attending and close to shopping and restaurants to choose from. Liked that they offered smoking rooms and the restaurant right next door was good.

Everything else. Very Dirty. We went and bought our own bedding to use on top of theirs. Everything Very outdated. Bed was hard enough to hurt both of our backs. No elevator, no television directory or guest directory at all that we could find. Didn't look like they had vacuumed or cleaned out shower. Even the light switch looked like it hadn't been wiped down the whole time the hotel has existed.

I stayed there for 2 months an i checked out 4 days ago an never got my deposit back.so the company I work for was going to send me and three other drivers there for 2 months but since we are having a problem getting the deposit back I think we will book somewhere else
