didn’t expect a 5 star hotel but did expect a clean room with breakfast as advertised. didn’t get either

Short and probable won't try this hotel chain again.

Staff tried hard to work with our needs and accommodate us. The location was easy to find.

The first room smelled like heavy smoke in a non-smoking hotel. The A/C was visibly dirty. The second room we were moved to was not a whole lot better as far as the smell.

Place is OK for an overnight stay, but would not want to stay there any longer than that!

It was clean and fairly nice.

Was supposed to have a “non-smoking” room, but room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. They used very rough flat sheets on both top and bottom of bed so every time you moved the sheets bunched up and was uncomfortable!

The room was damp. Roof texture was falling down. As well as burn hole in sheet on bed. Bed was old and broke down. No fridge or microwave. The hotel is very inaccessible for handicap people. Then to top it off i got copy of my keys 3 different times without having to prove who i was.

The mold discovered in our rooms. After discussing with staff, they kept deferring to management. Management was no where to be found or made available. After leaving messages for one week. Management calls me back and refuses to provide any discount on the stay or offer apologies for the state of the rooms!

It was in a good location and reasonably priced

The room was bad there was no bars of soap no shampoo no cups nothing . There was some kind of mold or black sunbtance on the heater which was very noisy.the breakfast was a joke a bottle of warm water and a sweet roll no coffee . Very disappointing .I won’t be staying there again I’m sure

The bed was wore out….had a huge indentation from overuse. The walls were full of holes. Bathroom severely needed updating

Easy to check-in and out. Room was older but clean. Close to our family gathering. Fast food & gas across the street0

They didn't have towels in the room for the number of people staying and were out when asked for more. Walls were thin and lady down the hall had her items swiped from room.

It was a good place to take a shower.

The only good was location for us. It was fairly near our daughter's home......visiting her and her family was the reason for our stay.

*There was an odd smell in the whole motel. *Someone was keeping the back door propped open at night so as not to NEED a key to enter.....we felt a bit unsafe. *Our bed had a slight stanch of human feces??? eww The mattress in that room was very very very uncomfortable. *There were no cups and the Kleenex ran empty and didn't get refilled. *Looking out the window....nothing except all the messy 'flower' beds full of weeds! Even around the main entrance! *The furnished breakfast turned out to be a coffee pot. That's all! *No, we will NOT rebook a room with Super 8 at this location ever again, but I hope these problems will be addressed for future guests.

Called before arriving and pool was open upon arrival pool was closed. Breakfast was a paper sack with a breakfast roll, breakfast bar and a bottle of water. Single ply toilet paper.

I stay here every year for a race. the place is getting older and sure it could be better, but the staff is friendly and always have my reservation. I know every year what to expect and I appreciate that.

I wish the smoking areas were a little farther from the doors; I'd appreciate not smelling smoke when entering the doorway.

It was clean. Right off the interstate.

People were up all night. A dog was barking all night and the staff did nothing about it

It’s no 5 star but for the value it’s not bad

Located near the strip mall. The bed was comfortable. And the staff was nice

The toilet doesn’t flush well. The stairs was dirty not vacuumed in a few days. But overall it’s not horrible.
