Our room and bed were comfortable. The staff was excellent; friendly, knowledgable and accommodating.
The grout in our bathroom really needs to be deep cleaned. I also found the lighting in the bathroom to be dark. Adding a throw rug(s) to the rooms would make it more comfortable, and keep the echo down when talking. It would be great if every room was assigned one parking space (numbered). We had to park far away from our room on most occasions upon returning to the facility. That's challenging when you're hauling luggage.

Beautifully kept inside and out.
The distance to walk might be hard for some. Limited parking near some of the rooms.

Value. Big room. Pool.
Staff put me in a room for same name different dates. I realized this. Corrected it with a different staffer. But was locked out on my last night. they obviously never fixed the original problem from the mixed up reservation.

The jaw dropping peaceful appearance when I walked in! So clean, so open. And an orange tree outside the patio!
We were in the quiet far end of building 7. We didn't know that parking was so far away. We're both a bit older and with knee issues. The golf cart transportation was really excellent, but we probably ran through over $100 in unplanned, yet well deserved, tips. Thank goodness we had an ATM close by.

Apartment amenities, including jacuzzi. Overlooked golf course.
Unannounced function on 14 June. Parking lot full. Had scheduled morning meeting that was aborted because my guest could not find a parking space.

lively property with golf course. Clean and very comfortable.
parking was far from rooms. Lots of walking. called for pick up of two elderly ladies that never came. so we had to walk. The distance and lack of help getting around the property is only major negative.

Loved the room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Patio was great. Laundry being free was a great plus.
Only issue was parking!!!! Had to always park a ways away because of those that weren't hotel guest.

We had paid for a suite with two double beds and a sofa bed but they repeatedly insisted on taking a room with a king bed
Customer service, I asked for an early check-in message, I wrote to them twice, without an answer
They didn't clean the room in a week !

The property was beautiful and I loved the surrounding area. The grove was also very nice, both atmosphere and service. I also thought the privacy of each room was great although the balcony gate in between lacked privacy.
The lack of an oven or stove top in the kitchen was a disappointment. Being that it was a full condo type room it was missed. Also we ended up with a broken bed, which broke more each day until it finally was totally broken. It made for one terrible night of sleep as only half of the bed had collapsed at that point and we slept on a decline. Finally by morning the entire thing collapsed (narrowly missing my foot!) so our last night of sleep was much better as the bed was actually level.
