Kinda disappointed in our stay. This was an expensive stay compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff was awesome.

The a/c didn't cool the room well, both ice machines were out, no washer or dryer on property, one of the other visitors vehicle was broken into, and the fryer in the kitchen was broken so we couldn't order wings or anything fried.

I didn’t like that I had to put down $150 deposit. I was told I will get it back if everything was not damaged. I had 2 rooms so that was 300.00 that I didn’t know I would have to pay

Sad stay at the Hyatt

The location was perfect for our venue.

First we reserved a king size room and a double, but we're given 2 doubles. Second the first room offered was flooded near the AC. Third at breakfast they ran out of food. Fourth the hotel is in need of an update.

Terrible Humid Smell but a Great Location for Six Flags

Above-average breakfast and good location relative to Six Flags. You can walk to the park in less than 10 minutes.

Room smelled overwhelmingly moldy at check-in. It was so strong I considered requesting a new room right when I walked in. I decided to run the air conditioner while exploring the area for a few hours and hope for the best. When I returned, it hadn't gotten better. I checked reviews and saw many other guests have noted the same thing, so I didn't feel it was worth switching if it was a common issue in multiple rooms. The next morning, I noticed the carpet under the air conditioner was damp. I am certain there are mold/mildew issues from leaky air conditioners that are causing the overpowering smell.

One of the best birthdays ever and the staff made it that much more memorable.

The staff is amazing!!! They found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a beautiful birthday card in my room and celebrated me by making me the guest of the day on my birthday. For me, it’s the little touches that goes a long way and this friendly staff and their beautiful smiles hit the target! Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean.

There’s nothing I can say here. I loved everything about it.

My new favorite hotel to stay at while visiting 6 Flags

Loved the size of our room. We got the two double beds with pull put sofa bed. Traveling with kids it gave them their own space. The location is great. Easy access in and out. Down the street from 6 Flags.

The bathroom was super small and no water pressure from the shower head.

Other than those two inconveniences everything was very good.

Breakfast was awesome, location was perfect as the trolley is available to & from the baseball game.

The room looked nice at first glance

The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet and the mattress cover under it had a bunch of stains. The bathroom door hit the toilet and you couldn’t hardly move in the bathroom

Very pleasant mini vaca spot.

We go to Rangers' games and like to stay over to watch noon games next day. We loved staying at Hyatt Place. It's our second stay. For the value you can't do any better. The breakfast was very good. The room very comfy, clean, spacious. We definitely will be back.

it was close to sports venues and restaurants. The hotel was quiet, and we appreciated that aspect. The staff were helpful and kind, also much appreciated.

The shower was nice, the breakfast was good, the tv swinging between the living area and the bed was cool. the bed was pretty comfortable

when we arrived, I was told the hotel was overbooked and we did not have a room. Attempted to get my us a room at another Hyatt but was not successful plus I didn’t like the inconvenience new location. We ended up getting reservations at another brand of hotel. I was told the overbooking was done by a person named Melissa to accommodate a business group. I won’t stay in a Hyatt Place again. I have travelled the world for 50 plus years and have never experienced my reservations being overbooked before. This was totally unacceptable!

Great staff, great location to the AT&T Stadium, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic!

It was pretty close to the AT&T Stadium, so we had no problem getting to the UIL Football Game in about 3 minutes.

There was construction going on so we had to enter through the back.
