Great location, great price, a few hiccups

Great location!!!! Near the walmart! Near the large mall!! Near the convention center! It was great

Room had a strange smell, ice box dud not work, lost all my food, toilet seat was not bolted down

It was excellent you know homey.

It was nice setup and the staff was nice as well it was located by a lot of fast food restaurants so we could get a quick lunch on are way there.

I didn’t really have any dislikes it was a good place.

This should be removed from your site so no none else has to scramble to find another hotel during Nationals madness and

Nothing It was 12 families in town for a softball tournament We chose to leave and book else where

The pool was nasty rooms had roaches outdated opposite of the pictures and fake reviews shown . The manager was rude told one of our parents that it’s not his fault they can’t afford to travel because their refund would take up to 14days . Continued to talk about them to other parents and was completely unprofessional

I would not return.

It had all the food places around it and stores if needed. The staff was lovely.

The sheets and blankets had stains on them, bugs and nats constantly flying around the room, wall socket had been fried and not replace, to much dust in the room, the pool was unusable because it was full of leaves and bugs.

it was a safe place to stay that was close to my daughter.

it was slow to my daughters home.

No room service available at anytime, even when I asked. The staff lied about room service when I requested to have it done.

No elevator no breakfast the muffins was old the icing was cracking short staff so no housekeeping u have to walk up and down stairs for towels the hall way was dirty plus the tvs in the room are old

Decent stay for the price

The price was decent for the room. It worked for what I needed it to.If on a budget, it’s a decent option.

The breakfast that was offered was not good at all. The outside area could use some updating and attention.

A DUMP and RUDE STAFF

The facility was nothing like the pictures online. The staff was rude when I questioned the pictures online vs what we received. There was a a random tub in the middle of the room, the floor was dirty, you could see the mattress through the sheets. The hallways smelled of weed and mildew ….We decided not to stay. The Manager/Owner became extremely combative when I was speaking in a calm voice trying to understand what I saw on the internet vs what we saw in person. The price is not worth your safety or catching something. As far as the free breakfast....I wouldn't eat there.
