Decent price and great location, in need of updates.

Location and price and the bed was comfortable.

Needs severe updates/upgrades. Hallways stink and have stained carpets.

It was close to the university

Hotel is old and filthy dirty. Carpet was ripped in our room outside of bathroom door. Cut my feet on tack strip more than once because the carpet was ripped. Room smelled like sewage. Staff wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t ready for another 45 mins after regular check in time. Had to wait in the car. I’ve never left a bad review and I travel a lot so it had to be gross for me wrote this.

Disappointing and overpriced for the condition of the property.

Location is very convenient for my visit. Bed was comfortable. The coffee from the breakfast room was very good. The towels appeared to be new and were excellent. The exterior of the building has been refinished & painted, so the building looks nicer.

My room door wouldn't shut without slamming. The paint was peeling off of the ceiling. There was a bar of used soap left in the shower, which makes me question the rest of the cleanliness. The condition of the room could best be described as "tired and beat", which includes the doors, paint, TV remote, bathroom sink, etc. The A/C would not get the room as cool as the setting. The powerful cleaning products being used in the breakfast room were so pungent, that you couldn't smell or taste the food or coffee without leaving the room.

the continental breakfast , rooms clean, microwave and small fridge in each room

rooms are outdated. they have fresh paint but lamps not working on wall, need new lampshades, door to bathroom peeling on bottom, smell to rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights, they never clean the room, if you need towel or sheet, you have to go in the front desk. The breakfast was very bad, no fruit at all.

Disappointed with front desk call response - NONE and lack of full breakfast.

Location was close to highway.

No shampoo in room. Called down to the desk on the room phone and called the direct number. No one answered. Breakfast was very disappointing. I chose this hotel because it offered a full breakfast. We were pressed for time and I did not want to have to make another stop. There was just the typical 'grab and go' stuff and waffles.

The bed is not very comfortable as they use plastic water proof mattress cover.

I would definitely stay here again the next time I have to travel to the area.

The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the amenities. The staff members were friendly and my check-in and check-out processes took less than 5 minutes.

The lobby doors made a very loud noise and as my room was located near the front of the hotel, the noise was quite loud, especially during the middle of the night.

A very terrible stay and had to sleep in my car at 3am they were big roaches I was afraid

when I arrived they were talking on speaker phone about someone lurking on the property and calling the number police that should have been a red flag for me

Woke up in the night to go to the bathroom there was roaches crawling I went to sleep in my car at 3am following this

It was ok for one night, but the customer service on arrival was awful.

The location worked well for what I needed.

The room wasn’t vacuumed. The iron was broken, and the smoke alarm was malfunctioning. I alerted this staff to this issue and I was told there wasn’t anything they could do, but I could change the battery myself if I wanted to. There was almost no health option for breakfast.
