We had been doing a lot of driving around Alaska; staying in motels and lodges, so it was great having our own private space especially the kitchen and coffee pot!! It was clean, well maintained and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely rent one of these apartments again.
Our only minor issue was the heater directions were not for the heater that was there so we couldn't adjust the temperature or fan etc. We justed turned it on, let it heat for a bit and turned it off.

Well appointed, comfortable apartment in central location. Exactly as shown in pictures.
Could have friendlier customer service (signs posted in apartment warning about rules (ie no cooking fish inside, fees for late check-out, etc).

This was a great one bedroom apartment just blocks from the center of Seward. We were able to walk most places or take a taxi when needed. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had a full kitchen. We used it for breakfast and lunch but everything needed was there.
Not much. This was a great location and clean property.

This place (unit 1) is amazing!!! Has a charm to it with decorations that make you feel cozy. The location is outstanding as everything downtown is less than a 5 minute walk away - amazing!! Everything that we needed & more was at this place. If I ever get back to Seward I know where I’m staying!!
The only odd part was the toilet - sometimes it got really hot and even steamed. It was at times uncomfortable to sit on as it steamed up when you sat on it, but wasn’t anything that really annoyed me. Another feature that put me off just a bit is the lock. My friend and I got a bit creeped out that we couldn’t tell if the door was locked or not as when you locked using the inside knob, the door still opened to go outside. It was a bit confusing to figure out if the door was unlocked or not and that was freaky but I think once we figured out the red light means it’s locked, that put us a bit more at ease.

Clean, cozy and functional apartment with well-equipped kitchen. We liked its quiet downtown location away from all hotels and the hustle and bustle of the port.
The only strange feature of this place that required some getting used to is that the toilet flushes with steamy hot water. It may be helpful to be aware of it from the start.

Toilet problems all the time we were there. Dishes were dirty taking them out of the cabinet. Stove only half of it worked. Very old needs update.

Comfortable, cute unit in a convenient location. Had an awesome stay.
When we arrived the room smelled really musty, but we opened up some windows and that fixed it for the most part.

Due to allergy, we have to cook everything ourself. I was worried the kitchen may not have enough cookware when I booked but it turned out super nice. The kitchen is well equipped.
Living room and bedroom are both very comfortable. We enjoy very much staying here.

Location
Bathtub shower combo was 50% obstructed by overhead stairs. Could only stand in a small area by the shower head.
The tub looked to be over thirty years old / blue chipped and some black areas between the wall tiles.

Very cozy and comfortable; location was great
Very strict rules posted all around
