Unsafe environment for family or friends trip! Hookers and drugs prominent

The fact people were literally doing drugs in the room beside us and the fact people were seemingly dealing drugs from an adjacent room. We left immediately after arriving to our room. We did not feel safe and went elsewhere!

If you like to stay in a dirty unkept hotel this is your place. Plan on not using the Breakfast.

Location and facilities would be good if the hotel was actually clean.

Breakfast was beyond horrible. Staff wasn't anywhere to be found to help any guests. Floors were dirty, there were crumbs in the sheets of one of our beds. We had to change the sheets ourselves.

It was just a terrible place to stay, but it was late and we didn’t have time to change hotels

The stairs going up to the room smelled terrible and there was dirt all over the floor and then going down the hallway to our room stunk really nasty. There was junk on our floor like they had not even swept it and the beds look like they might’ve been slept in and there were no batteries in the smoke alarm and the door was hanging open. The shower curtain was gross, and the water could go right through it onto the floor, this a puddle of water on the floor by the toilet. There was a cigarette burn in the chair and the desk had two holes in it. No clock, bedspreads were thin. A guy was sitting right outside the front door smoking, and it smelled terrible. Overall, just an awful night stay, I could hardly sleep with the smell and everything.

The breakfast had some good choices . Something was wrong with the coffee machine. Coffee was just watery.

Some guests were unthinking and smoked too close to the building.

When I went to get breakfast everything but cereal was gone and had not been replenished. After pouring cereal in a bowl and adding milk, I noticed small black objects floating. I immediately thought it was mouse waste and threw it away. I wished I had taken a picture of it. There was no one available to speak to about it.

Horrible

Went to check in and they couldn’t find my reservation. Told me since they didn’t get it even though I showed them the confirmation email and the fact that they had already taken the money that they couldn’t give me a room. I told them that I wanted a refund if I couldn’t get my room. Refused the refund but gave the room. They were extremely rude about it all. And the guy at the front desk barely spoke any English and I had to have repeat what he said multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place is bad, bad, bad.

The location was the only positive of this stay. All I’m going to say is this hotel made Motel 6 look like the Hilton.

The room was dirty. None of the surfaces had been wiped off. The bed sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed in a week. The bed was not even slightly comfortable. The people who stayed in that room before me forgot the insoles from their shoes on the chair. Had the room been thoroughly cleaned, they wouldn’t have been left there for me to find. The walls are paper thin. Nothing like hearing screaming/crying kids at 11:30pm when you’re trying to sleep! For breakfast, the one bag of bagels had 3 bagels left in it and they were hard as a rock. The cream cheese came in a larger tub instead of being individual size, so this meant other guests would have stuck their knife into the cream cheese you were putting on your bagel. I think the guy in the room next to mine actually lived at there. Nothing positive to say about his place. I highly suggest spending the extra $10-20/night to stay somewhere nicer.

cleaning lady is amazing. such a nice person.

Nice place but a bit noisy and the room had some awkward looking repairs that would be found in a backwoods cabin.

Might come back if you make some improvements, looked like you need to up grade more.

The breakfast was cold and over cooked eggs, thought there would have been gravy with it also. Coffee tasted old. We were down early also.Our room we had was very noisey, we were above laundry area.

The food could have been a little fresher and little more to choose from. needs more improve for me to come back. Didn't tell me no elevators too many stairs to climb. It would need t improve in allot of areas for me to come back there. You had Christmas wreaths hanging on the walls in lobby in October. The sheets didn't look that good. The noise was very bad. The room was a nice size and it looked like you are trying to make the rooms look better. Need someone to be at desk for questions. i had two rooms rented.

This hotel is nicer and a better value than most national chain 3&4 star hotels!

It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Gaylord so I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean the room was. It was furnished very nicely.

Didn't stay the whole time and stuff got left in my room

The cost was decent

Left a day early before check out time and didn't get any kind of reimbursement at all. Let stuff in my room on accident and didn't even receive a three second call or message to let me know so I could go back and pick up my stuff.

Horrible, disgusting, uncomfortable

Do not stay here it was it was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at maybe I should’ve looked at the reviews before but the pictures are very misleading I just needed a place to stay for the night last minute and I went there there was dust in the bed frame the lampshades were broken No one clearly wash the bedding it smelled the toilet paper roll wasn’t even changed and there was paint peeling off the walls it was horrible I wouldn’t stay here unless you want to get bedbugs I’m only saying this because when I looked at the pictures I thought it would be fine but when you get there it looks horrible.

Clean the place better update it don’t put broken lampshades in the rooms clean the bedding at least change the toilet paper roll and don’t let your staff stay in a room watching TV when he should be at the front desk helping customers I had to wait like five minutes and he came out of a hotel room when I rang the bell
